The following is the detailed description of the apartment and amenities. Please review the information to ensure this listing meets your needs:
・Your private apartment, kitchen, washing machine and bathroom (not shared)
・It's a spacious* 1-bedroom condo BEST FOR 2 GUESTS but can host 4 people using a Japanese-style floor futon.
・The number of guests in reservation as shown below.

1. One full size (approx. 135x210cm) bed frame with mattress sleeps 2 guests.
2. One full size Japanese style floor futon* sleeps the 3rd and/or 4th guests.

・Good mattress, really comfortable!
・Foldable table and chair (in closet)
・Portable mirror (in closet)
・WiFi router
・Air conditioner (cool/heat), water heater with remote control, washing machine with air dry feature (not clothes dryer), electric kettle, refrigerator
・Microwave oven, television, hair dryer
・Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, moose hand soap, facial tissue and toilet paper
・Clean face towel and bath towel
・Basic cooking utensils, frying pans, stock pots, bowls and dishes
・Iron and iron board (in closet)

*Important!!! It’s spacious 1-bd in terms of Japanese view angle in the center of Shibuya. To be specific, the entire property is around 27 sq. meters. When futon is used, there is no floor space left in bedroom. You will need to fold and put aside the futon to get more floor space for eating or opening luggage, etc. The listing pictures show everything of the room. There is no hidden space outside of the pictures. :) Please review them carefully and make sure the space is acceptable before making the booking.

**If you have special request for bedding arrangement, please make sure to communicate with me before booking. Note: floor futon is not in the room. I need to inform cleaner company to prepare it for you.

We have multiple apartment units in this same building. If you come with more family members or friends who prefer to stay in different units close-by, we can definitely accommodate the need.
