This beautiful first floor condo is located with easy/walkable access to both the beach and the bay! With two bedrooms and two full baths (one with a soaking tub) it comfortably sleeps six AND offers a full kitchen and free parking! Relax in the living area or outside on your private deck and patio. Amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, raquetball and more! There is a boardwalk along the canal to enjoy sunset strolls as well. In addition to the proximity to the beach and bay - enjoy being able to walk to many restaurants, the grocery store, activities and more. This is the perfect place to both unwind and have fun with family and friends! It boasted a 5 star rating last summer!

- No loud noise/music before 9am or after 9pm.
- No pets.
-No Parties
- Do not hang towels/clothes on the fence outside. (Can hang on chairs/table)
- Call/text us to let us know if anything breaks.
