The property is beautiful, but does have a number of hazards that need to be avoided. The bordering area is natural forest so animals including bears and moose are present; never feed or approach them. Natural hazards such as falling trees or uneven footing may be encountered so entering the forest is not recommended.

Regarding access, you will need a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the snowy months (roughly Nov-April), the driveway is not terribly long but it's a little steep at the beginning so an appropriate 4WD vehicle is needed.

While the house has a very private and secluded feel, it is still only a 10-15 minute drive from Fraser, so grocery stores etc are nearby - the perfect mix of distance and space while maintaining convenience!
