In a gated oceanfront community in St. Augustine Beach, it features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and access to a zero-entry pool and heated lagoon pool. You’re just STEPS from the beach with nearby restaurants, or a quick drive from historic downtown St. Augustine. No carpet anywhere & in-unit laundry. There are views from both levels of this beautiful condo, right on St. Augustine Beach. Upgrades include granite countertops, tile backsplash, white cabinets, upgraded appliances and luxury vinyl plank floors. Near the front door is a bathroom with a walk in shower for easy clean up after a day at the beach. Upstairs you have two spacious bedrooms and another full bath. The Owner's retreat has more ocean views and a large walk in closet. The living room and master both have covered porches.


Kitchen
The kitchen has granite counter tops, large sink, dishwasher, large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils, eating utensils, glasses and cups. We also provide some coffee pods, creamer pods, and sugar to start off your stay.


Living Area
In the living area, there are 2 comfy couches, tv, and access to the balcony.


Owner's Suite
This room is spacious with a king size bed, large walk-in closet, a separate sink area, and a balcony with amazing views of the waves crashing against the sand. Clean sheets and covers are provided.


2nd Bedroom
This bedroom has a queen size bed and a day bed with a trundle underneath. Clean sheets and covers are provided.


Laundry room
There's a washer and dryer conveniently located in the laundry room on the main floor.


Beach gear
There are body boards, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels available.


Extras
You’ll find we have stocked the condo with all the other necessities you would expect such as towels, paper products and hand soap. We also provide some travel size toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner.


Beach Access
The beach is a short walk away from the front door. There's a gated walkway leading to the beach from the complex.


Parking
There is one unassigned parking space for this unit. The parking lot is just outside the building. A tag on the visor is mandatory to avoid a tow. An extra tag is available for one more vehicle upon request, as long as the guest understands if they drive off with both tags, we will have nothing for the next guest and they will have to incur a charge for 2 rushed replacements.

Guest has access to entire condo except the owners closet.

Townhome is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building nearest the beach on the right
