This first-floor corner end unit offers the best of convenience and coastal luxury, positioned directly across from 30Avenue’s restaurants and boutiques. Shades Bar & Grill is a 2-minute walk away. 2 Tesla charging stations are just outside our front door.

You will have private access to the entire first-floor condo, with easy entry from the parking area and a private entrance. Self check-in is available via smart lock; your code is provided two days before check-in.

Guests may also use The Pointe at 30A’s shared amenities, including the seasonal heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, fire pits, BBQ grills, outdoor shower, poolside cabanas and lounge areas, and a covered lounge area with TVs. Free on-site parking is available, and two Tesla EV charging stations are located just outside the condo entrance.



The Neighborhood:

The east side of 30A is known by foodies for exceptional southern and coastal options.



Getting Around:

Bike, walk, or drive. Ride share also available.



Other Things to Note:

We are located in the northeast building, just right or north of the fountain circle. The community pool is heated seasonally, from October through March.

Wooden beams and framing are installed on each of the three patios in preparation for future HOA projects. They partially limit patio and pool-area views.

A $1,500 accidental-damage protection plan is included.

Two bikes are included; a waiver is required, and additional rentals are available.
