The Space:

The sun drifts over the Appalachian foothills, painting the sky in soft gold as you step onto the wrap‑around deck. A gentle breeze carries the scent of pine and the distant call of hummingbirds, while the Cacapon River shimmers just a minute away. Here at The Station, the mountains become your living room and the night sky your ceiling, inviting you to breathe, unwind, and reconnect.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary King Suite offers a king bed and a custom oversized twin Book Nook for extra guests, a private deck, a dedicated desk, and an ensuite with his‑and‑hers sinks and a stone walk‑in shower. The King Guest Bedroom features a plush king bed and a large closet, with a full bathroom just outside the door. On the lower level, two queen beds provide comfortable space for families or friends, complemented by an ensuite bathroom with a walk‑in shower and direct walk‑out access to the yard and fire pit.



Kitchen & dining

The chef‑ready kitchen is equipped with a large stove/oven, full‑size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a coffee station stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, and syrups. Spices, cooking oil, and a complete set of cookware and servingware are at hand, along with indoor, outdoor, and kid‑friendly dish sets. A spacious island with bar stools and a dining table that seats the whole group make meals a shared experience, while the open‑concept living area keeps the conversation flowing.



Living spaces

An open‑concept living room frames the panoramic mountain views through huge windows, offering cozy seating, board games, a guitar, a Smart TV, and fast fiber Wi‑Fi for work or play. Central heating and air keep the interior comfortable year‑round, and the Smart TVs provide entertainment for every age.



Outdoor living

Step onto the expansive deck to soak in the hot tub while the mountains rise around you. An outdoor sectional and large dining table invite al fresco meals, and a nearby gazebo nestled in the woods offers a quiet spot for reading or stargazing. The fire pit is perfect for roasting s’mores, and private river access lets you fish, kayak, tube, or simply wade in the calm waters of the Cacapon River.

Located in Great Cacapon, West Virginia, the retreat sits minutes from the charming town of Berkeley Springs, known for its historic hot springs, art scene, farmer’s market, and diverse dining options. The Cacapon River is a stone’s throw away, and scenic drives, hiking, rock climbing, and the historic Paw Paw Tunnel are all within easy reach.
