This three-level home offers a functional layout that makes it easy to gather together while still enjoying private space. The main level features an open-concept living room , kitchen, and dining area. Relax on the large sectional, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or enjoy meals together at the dining table, which seats six. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything needed for cooking at home.

Both bedrooms are located on the second level. The primary suite features a king bed, a Smart TV, and a spa-inspired en-suite with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and access to a full bathroom.

The top-level/loft features a flexible living space with a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests. This level also includes a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work or quiet productivity.

This is a good location if you're doing activities in South Austin, but it is nothing special and minimally provisioned. There is exactly one pillow per person space. If you want an extra, go downstairs and grab one from the couch. There is exactly one hand towel per bathroom. There were no dishwasher pods. The screen in the screened-in porch had multiple tears. There was no check-in book so no wifi instructions; I had to call a service with lots of "let me look that up for you." Corporate managed and not very well at that.
