Villa Pauline - Spacious living in an olive grove

Our romantic country villa is nicely located nested in an olive grove, surrounded by trees and fields, in a private and calm area. The villa is suitable for families with children, couples, and/or singles who are looking for a unique experience in a quiet surrounding and only a mere 25 minutes’ drive from Marrakesh’s city center. 320m2 living area and 1000 m2 beautiful garden with olive and lemon trees, a secured 90m2 large pool, outdoor dining area, BBQ and Jacuzzi

The villa is spacious and has exuded a warm and contemporary atmosphere with yet subtle local character. From the roof terrace, you will enjoy a panoramic view of the Atlas Mountains and of the beautiful garden.
The generous central lounge room is endowed with large windows providing direct access to the garden and the pool, a cosy sitting area with a chimney, and two dining areas. Outside dining areas are also available on the terrace, by the garden, or and by the patio. Two (2) master rooms (30m2) with direct access to the terrace are located on the first floor, and 2 rooms (25m2) in on the ground floor. All rooms are featured with contemporary designed ensuite bathrooms.

SERVICE
For additional 15 EUR a day, the Villa will include a highly reliable and efficient house lady. Atika will take care of the house cleaning and makes the beds. She will also prepare your daily breakfast and lunch (the service is to be paid directly to her)
The guest should provide groceries (local markets 5 min and a supermarket 15 min drive away)
Bakir the gardener and concierge can also spontaneously assist you with this. Both Atika and Bakir live nearby and are easily reachable if and when needed.
The house staff has been carefully selected to be is very attentive, discrete and reliable.
