Fun times in Nuevo Vallarta

This house is just as it looks in the pictures. The yard and pools are well looked after. The outdoor patio has a bbq area and a bar, with comfortable outdoor seating. We spent lots of evenings outside while the kids enjoyed the pool. There’s a ping pong table and lots of pool toys. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, but children aren’t allowed up there without an adult, which made good sense to us. We had rented two cars for the ten of us, and this worked out well. It’s a 20 min walk to the beach, and just 4 mins by car. The beach in Nuevo is very nice. The house is in a gated community and we felt very safe. It’s about a 45 min drive south to Puerto Vallarta and about the same going north to Sayulita . Yoly looks after the yard, and for a fee will also take care of inside. She’s very happy to help. . Erendira, the owner, was helpful and quick to reply. I would suggest that you request the wifi before you arrive.

Good experience for all.

Lovely home. Lacked basic things like toilet paper, kitchen basic supplies. The description was a little vague as the distance to the beach. Overall was a good experience.

Fabulous long-term stay in Nuevo Vallarta!

Jose and I had a wonderful stay at Erendira's home in Nuevo Vallarta. The home is well laid out & has everything you would need for a long (or shorter) stay in Nuevo Vallarta. Its in a very safe neighborhood - just down the street (walking distance) to a few nice restaurants & the beach. We really enjoyed exploring Puerto Vallarta (to the south) and Bucerias and San Pancho (to the north). Erendira gave us a few fabulous restaurant recommendations (Luna Luna for Sunday brunch became a weekly tradition!). The kitchen & outdoor grilling area are wonderful for cooking at home - and the movie room and 2 (!!) pools were such a fun treat! Yoli took good care of us and the house; and Don Pancho came weekly to tend to the beautiful yard. We highly recommend Erendira's place - thank you for everything! -Kate & Jose

Group Vacation

Overall our vacation experience was great. We love PVR Mexico and usually do the all-inclusive trips. There were 8 of us in the house and the house was as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and walk in closet. The kitchen, living and dinning room were spacious and accommodated the 8 of us very well. The house was clean and the outside grounds were very well kept with beautiful gardens. We cooked many great meals at the house and went out for some dinners as well. The house came equipped with most things but we had to buy some cooking trays and tin foil for our BBQ’s. The house had some spices and we also brought our favourites. The beach is beautiful and a 20 min walk. We enjoyed our days spent there. Also enjoyed just hanging out at the house. The house was located near a few restaurants within walking distance and close to a bus stop, should you want to take public transit. A few things I would recommend would be to clean or replace the outside cushions, have some more towels and perhaps talk to the neighbour about their barking dogs. They were annoying for the couples that had their bedrooms on the street side. A few minor things in the house could be fixed for example the tap in kitchen sink would leak if you pulled it out to its fullest. We learned to just keep it as is and it got the job done. Overall though, we had a great vacation and I would recommend this home to families or large groups that want to do something different from an all inclusive type of vacation.

Golf Vacation in Neuvo Peurto Vallarta

This property is as advertised. Lots of room for the whole family. Lovely pool and rooftop tub. Perfect location for golf. The kitchen is very lightly stocked so no big meals at home. Neighborhood dogs are a bit noisy but we would return and enjoy this home. Excellent communication with owner.

Wonderful place. Perfect for our family vacation!

We were a little worried about booking this place because it doesn't have many reviews, but our concerns were totally unfounded. This place is a hidden gem! We booked the house for our family of 6, plus my in-laws over Thanksgiving break. The owner/property managers were super helpful and very responsive when we needed to add an additional day to our reservation. The house is nicer and bigger than it looks in the pictures. It's beautiful, modern, clean, and super comfy. The A/C is excellent; the patios, backyard and pool a true oasis; the front gates gave us a feeling of security, the movie room and collection of movies was a fun bonus, the foosball table so fun. The rooms are spacious, comfy, and very nice. Everyone has their own bathrooms, A/C, ceiling fans, beds, and lots of space to spread out. The kitchen and dining rooms are nice and there's lots of room for everyone. The only things I would recommend are more towels, and to stock the place with dish and laundry detergents. We had to buy that, but the market in Paradise Village is very close and the new La Comer store is nearby and very nice, so not a big deal. I'm glad we each brought a beach towel or we would have had to buy some, since there weren't enough at the house. Also, the neighbor dogs bark a lot. I know there's nothing the owners can do about that. It didn't bother me because we had the windows closed and the a/c on in the bedrooms at night, but it bothered my in-laws whose room was in the front of the house. Just an FYI. Other than those minor things, everything was EXCELLENT and we will definitely be back. The house is close to Vallarta Adventures HQ, tons of restaurants, gelato places, resorts, beautiful beaches and only 15 minutes from the airport/rental car places, and 25 from the boardwalk and downtown PV. Recommendations: * book excursions through Vallarta Adventures, they're the best company in the area * eat at Los Nopalitos in the Paradise Village shopping center--great food and service * shop at La Comer and/or Mega * don't exchange dollars/pesos at the airport, go to a bank instead (you'll need your passport for this) * if you want a super nice upscale dinner, go to Sonora Prime in Puerto Vallarta or Porta Bella for Italian on the marina. * gelato at Buonissima is great * chicken and potatos at El Pechugon is super cheap and soooo good Overall, we loved this place and we'll be back! Excellent Villa, great location!

Me and my family loved this place, this villa will accommodate a large family and you will not feel crowded, no need to worry about anything plenty of linens towels, etc, just need to pack your personal stuff / gear, the decor is of great taste! My kids enjoyed the heated pool at any time and the awesome home theater , We also enjoyed all the terraces and the grill, great for "arrachera", you can grill while the family enjoys the pool and garden! the villa has access to the public beach that is just 3-5 minutes by car. Once in the beach you will be able to park your car on a secure lot for 2 bucks all day!! (around 40 pesos)the beach is super clean and with lifeguard and you can get shades for rental, very affordable too around $10 dollars all day for table, umbrella and seats for 4. The villa is located on very nice and quiet neighborhood with all amenities around, Shopping, coffee shops, and bars. For more night life options there is down town Puerto Vallarta which is also really close by car. The owner of the villa and her team are really responsive and welcoming! I will definitive come back to this villa!
