Great location, close to historic district. Great value for price. Room was well appointed and nice. The kitchen was adequately equipped but required some cleaning. The exterior was a little gritty with dust and dirt, but that's probably true everywhere. Overall we were well satisfied with this motel

Location was in a sketchy area. The room was not the room I thought I was renting. Smoke detectors were not properly functioning. The door had a quarter inch gap, which made it feel like an unsafe place for a single women traveling alone to stay. The bathtub had rust all down the tub to the drain. The outer edge was black, looked like mold. I vacated the room after the first night and rented another room at a much safer location for the remainder of my stay.

Bathroom sink faucet did not operate as it should have.
Bathroom toilet was leaking around the base.
Bathtub area was gross.
