We were only allowed 2 towel for four people.. asked for extra towels and we were denied..no alarm clock or clock period, in the room..shower head only sprayed little streams of water with no adjustment to change volume or type of spray… when taking a shower, the floor was level and water would cover the whole floor of the bathroom..had to hang clothes or towels with limited hooks so they would not get soaked..
