Located in Prévost, just 50 minutes from Montreal and 8 minutes from the slopes of St-Sauveur, this spacious home is perfect for skiers and outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy stunning views and an open-concept layout with 9-foot ceilings and a cozy fireplace.

It is recommended to have a car to get around the Laurentians and visit the nearby villages from the chalet.
In both winter and summer, access is easy for all types of vehicles.

👥 Occupancy & Pricing
The base rate includes up to 4 guests (ages 2+).
An additional fee of $20 per person, per night applies for each guest beyond this number (minimum 2 nights per additional guest, even if staying only one night).
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.

➡️ Undeclared guests constitute a violation of the house rules and will result in additional charges and/or penalties.

🔥 Hot Tub – Accessible and operational year-round.

🏊 Pool – Heated, available from June 15 to September 15, or when nighttime temperatures remain above 10 °C (50 °F).

🍖 BBQ – During the cold season, if present on the terrace, guests are responsible for clearing snow, cleaning the grates, and refilling the propane tank if needed (no winter maintenance provided).

🔥 Campfire – Available during the summer season only, when the designated black steel fire pit with grills is installed.

🐶 Pets – Not permitted, no exception.

🕔 Check-in / Check-out – Check-in from 5:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. No Saturday arrivals or departures (exceptions may be possible upon request).

🧼 Supplies – We provide soaps for cleaning, dishwashing, and hands, as well as two coffee makers, filters, and a grinder. Please bring your own body/hair soap and coffee (ground or beans).

📹 Cameras – Exterior only, facing the entrance. Recordings are retained for a maximum of 90 days.

📝 Pre-registration – Mandatory with ID to help prevent fraud. Provides access to the Virtual Chalet Guide.

💳 Security Deposit – A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card on the day of arrival and released after inspection of the property.
