We’re thrilled to welcome a well-behaved dog at our property — we’re pet lovers ourselves! To help ensure a great stay for everyone (especially our kind neighbors), we ask all pet parents to follow a few simple guidelines:
We do limit to one small/crate trained/well-behaved dog. We love our furry friends but know that new spaces can be scary to pups. You are still responsible for your pet, picking up after your pet, inside and outside. There will be an additional fee of $100 added to the existing pet fee if there are any surprises left behind or if your dog continually barks and disturbs the residents in the building. This is a multi-unit building and everyone must respect the other units. This apartment is in the city and there will be noises that can cause anxiety to a animal. If you need a dog-walking recommendation, please let us know. There's a great dog park less than 10 mins away!
