Located at the end of a secluded country road, Rockin’ Star Ranch is a luxurious getaway where time seems to stand still. RSR is about escaping urban life to re-connect with family, friends and all that nature has to offer. This Rockin Star Ranch VRBO listing is actually 8 different cabins located on the ranch (sleeps 33+adults. even more with kids) Entire ranch can be booked under this listing or each individual cabin can be booked under its own listing. Our amenities include an outdoor kitchen, pool, large pastures, tire swings, courtyards, cabins, fishing ponds (catch and release), the woods, and a commercial sized kitchen big enough to prepare all of your meals! We are a working ranch….Interested in horseback riding? A hayride? Maybe want to experience a day in the life of a cowboy? Ask us about booking your experience today!

Great Company Retreat
3rd time to host our company retreat here. Always a great space for our group to get some work done, have meals together, and enjoy spending time with each other. Darrell is always easy to work with and accommodating to whatever we need.

Wonderful Family Vacation!
We had a family group of 32 people ranging from infants to great grandparents. Wonderful memories were made at the ranch! When we had a couple of hiccups, Darrell was very responsive and quick to help out. The grounds and cabins are beautiful. One thing to note though is that there is not actually an outdoor kitchen. It is more of an outdoor seating area with countertops, as none of the features of the kitchen were working ( fridge, grill). We did have plenty of grills on the property, and we used ice chests to compensate, so it wasn’t that big of a deal but still worth mentioning in case someone is expecting those features.

Wedding Stay
We rented this beautiful venue for my daughter's wedding and also decided to stay the night of their wedding with a few of our guests and The bride and groom. I must say beautiful does not even begin to describe this place. It was heaven. Looking out at the fields and being able to watch the animals in the morning was breathtaking. Darrell has really put a lot of attention to every detail here and it shows. It was incredible to be able to have my daughter and son in laws wedding there. It was a dream come true for them. The stay there that evening we felt like we were home. Gayle, the event manager and Darrell we more than welcoming and accommodating. Even when we had a few hiccups at the reception Gayle was right there to lend a hand. I could not have asked for better hosts than them on all counts.

A Real Texas Gem
Our family really enjoyed our stay. We used all the rooms and cottages and it worked out great for our large family for our annual vacation together. The rooms are all very well appointed and the propety is well-maintained. The ranch is in a beautiful serene settting in the hills outside Brenham. Awesome pool with waterfall. A great pond with a nice beach complete with hammocks for lounging. Darrell is a great host. He communicates well and goes out of his way to make sure things are taken care of for his guests. We will be back!

Best rental ever! Gorgeous property.
We rented the entire ranch to accommodate family & friends coming from out of town for my daughters wedding. Everyone was so impressed with the property and owners. Excellent communication, welcoming, friendly and clean! The only bad thing was most of us were busy dealing with wedding duties that we couldn’t explore and experience the entire property. We will be back for sure! Thank you Darrell!

Excellent Getaway
This was a work retreat for a very hardworking group of Team Managers. The location was convenient, yet secluded. Facilities were in generally excellent condition and staff was friendly, personable and attentive to any needs we had. Games, pool and comfort were in abundance. Awesome locaiton

Rockin Reunion
This property is even more beautiful and comfortable than described. Everything was spectacular. Well equipped cabins, kitchens, pool area, barn. Host is outstanding, patient, thoughtful and helpful. Attention to details, stunning views, tons of activities. Event center gorgeous, stocked, clean, spacious. We had over 60 people playing bingo, building with legos, crafting, playing games, visiting and eating of course! Fantastic fun by all. Rockin Star is beyond rock star status! We will definitely return. Swimming pool beautiful, fishing pond awesome, pool table, ping pong, corn hole, outdoor kitchen made our Friday evening cook out easy, fun and spectacular. All ages (18 months-92 years young) enjoyed every second at Rockin Star Ranch.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
Rockin Star Ranch is a beautiful locale just outside of Brenham TX. We had a group of 20 ladies from our church gather here for a time to relax and renew our spirits and this was a great place to do just that. The host and staff were very attentive and took care of whatever we needed.

Delightful Trip

Family retreat
Our multi-family group had a wonderful family reunion at Rockin' Star Ranch! We enjoyed the beautifully decorated cabins, the waterfall pool, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, the tire swings, and more. Darrell gave us a tour to welcome us to the property upon arrival. Our kids loved riding the horses in the arena, and Darrell's sons were so patient and friendly with all our first time riders. It truly made our trip extra special.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend!
Our son and his bride were married at a Venue ~30 miles from Rockin’ Star Ranch. We rented the entire ranch to host the rehearsal dinner and the wedding party for the weekend. We never imagined how perfect ‘The Ranch’ (as we all fondly named it) would be for our out of town and state guests! Darrell, Elaine and their team were outstanding hosts—not just to us as the booking clients, but to each and every one of our guests they came in contact with during our stay!! From the clean rooms to the refreshing pool to the horse stables and farm animals—everyone found an activity to enjoy! We gained a beautiful daughter that weekend and created wonderful memories!! Rockin’ Star Ranch...we’ll be back!!❤️

Great getaway from the city
Quick drive up 290 to a quaint ranch. We had 8 families gather at the ranch for Memorial Day. Always a lot of fun. Use of industrial kitchen was helpful. The kids loved horseback riding lessons. Our second trip and we plan to go back! Thanks Darrel x2😀

Best Wedding Weekend Ever!
Don’t think twice! This place is amazing! Comfortable stay, great activities, wonderful place to get away and enjoy family and fun. Loved the animals, s’mores over fire pit, outside games, fishing pond, relaxing by the pool, outdoor kitchen, feeding cows. I can go on and on. We had 16 family members and will definitely make this a yearly trip!
