The Space:

Settle in at this spacious condo by the beach! There's plenty of seating to enjoy the lovely ocean views, even if you'd rather stay in front of the gas fireplace. Of course, there's a great view of the ocean from the private hot tub on this condo's patio. The family-friendly space also includes a full kitchen complete with full-size appliances, a breakfast bar, and quartz countertops. Hardwood and tile-style floors are perfect for sandy toes, and the private washer/dryer will take care of the swimsuits. The beach is just a short walk away - are you ready to relax?



What's nearby:

In addition to the beautiful beachfront location, this home is also just three blocks from the Oregon Coast Highway. Enjoy a close proximity to the direct path to beautiful Oregon attractions up and down the coast, as well as delicious local restaurants like The Grill 1646 and The Beach Club and Event Center. Peruse the work of local artists - and maybe take something home! - at the Pacific Artists Co-Op Gallery less than a mile from this condo.

The property was clean and in a great location. It had all of the amenities needed for a great stay at the beach. Parking was easy and everything in the unit was operational. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was nice. It is close to the ocean and as described by the host. Parking was easy and the location is pretty central to a lot of places in Lincoln City.

This condo is in a fantastic location right in front of the ocean. It is only a quick 5 minute walk down the street to access the beautiful beach. The property itself looks nice but did have a few issues. We hoped we would be able to have the back door to the patio open so we could hear the waves crashing but this particular unit is located directly above the pool and all you could hear from the balcony was the exhaust fan running 24/7. Both of the mattresses in the bedrooms are terrible and need to be replaced. The shower doors kept coming off the tracks when showering. One shower drained so slow water filled up in it, the dishwasher is missing a wheel and doesn’t roll well, the pots and pans are all Teflon coated but so old bits of Teflon were coming off into our food and the hot tub looked to be about 20 years old and just seemed kind of gross. We still had a good time on our trip to Lincoln City but I would never stay in this particular unit ever again.
