About Jeremy and Cori Veatch
Welcome to Duffer Hollow! We are excited for you to stay in our family retreat here in Bethpage, TN, it's just outside Nashville and offers a great experience of the beautiful hill country. Our family has owned this property for a century, originally farming tobacco and sorghum here. My great-grandfather, Russell Duffer, started living in this house in the early 1900s and my grandmother, Mary Lynne, born in 1911, lived here before moving to Memphis to be a nurse after WWI. We are proud to offer our family home to you. Love - Jeremy, Cori, Finn and Felicity
Jeremy and Cori Veatch purchased this Estate in 2016
Why Jeremy and Cori Veatch chose Bethpage
Duffer Hollow juxtaposes the old world country with premium modern amenities. You can be soaking in our toasty jacuzzi and be looking at our 100 year old barn that Great-Grandfather used to keep his animals warm. You will enjoy hiking the 15 acres of hill country and pick wild blackberries from the vines scattered across the property. The spacious living area will keep everyone entertained with billards, ping pong and fiber optic internet. End the evening in the steel clawfoot soaking tub and sit by the fire of the orignal fireplace. We have generations of memories here and we hope you make some as well! We’ve shared more history and details about the property throughout the house. My son Finn and daughter Felicity love picking the blackberries from the vines by the barn
What makes this Estate unique
This house has 7 br, 4 bath, and several secluded areas. One of the major focal points of Duffer Manor is the library. In the library you will be able to cozy up by the fireplace while reading your favorite book. Whether you enjoy shooting a game of pool, playing ping pong or just relaxing in the jacuzzi, Duffer Manor will appeal to all. For outdoor entertaining there are options of grilling, having a bonfire or hiking the 15 acres and experiencing the hill country how my family has for 100 years. There are 2 separate masters and 4 additional guest rooms. Many separate decks and porches are available for entertaining or relaxing. Away from it all you feel so secluded, but you are only a short drive to entertainment and downtown Nashville.

Beautiful home in the country!!
Had a beautiful time at this house. Met family for in-laws 60 th Wedding Anniversary and had a blast. Lots to do in the house and around the grounds.
Heaven in the Tennessee Countryside!
We came from California for a family reunion with relatives from Tennessee, Georgia and Indiana... looking for a big country home where we could all be together. I am so thankful we found Duffer Hollow! Beautiful location at the end of a secluded country lane, but not a bad drive into the city. We took many trips to Gallatin (20 min.) and Nashville (40 min.). The house is big - plenty of space for everyone to have their own bedroom. Nice sized kitchen where we all spent hours talking around the island... the kids roamed the creek and the trails and caught fireflies at night. Nice jacuzzi for soaking up (no pun intended!) the summer nights. Only downside was really spotty internet connection, which might be considered an upside to many! Overall, it was a fabulous experience! The house has everything you need to be comfortable, owners are super easy to work with, and our family would definitely stay here again!
Amazing and Peaceful
The write-up that was provided was spot-on. The property was beautiful and the home was very inviting. There were a few minor things that we encountered upon arrival, but the property manager was readily available to assist us. This was a big plus since the property is sort of secluded. I'm a country Gal so I loved it. This is the perfect place for family and friends to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Would stay there again.
Great property surrounded by nature
This was a great respite in a secluded home surrounded by nature. Our reunion was easily accommodated by the numerous amenities and welcoming atmosphere of this historic home.
Beautiful landscape and house!
We had so much fun! Will definitely be returning in the future!!
Our family of 14 had a great time together
We played games, inside and outside, made meals together, enjoyed the firepit and all that was available to us. Great place..
We are located approximately 45 miles from downtown Nashville, close enough to visit but still have the peace and quiet of a rural setting.
