This close-in country home boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including a king bed, two queen beds, one full bed, and 2 full bathrooms. Located on 10 private acres, the property is a nature lovers retreat, while just a short drive from stores, restaurants, and the University of Oregon. Whether you’re unwinding in the comforts of the open living area, or preparing meals in the well-equipped chefs kitchen, this beautiful custom home offers a welcoming, cheerful atmosphere. Spend your days visiting local McKenzie and Willamette area lakes, trails, ski resorts, the University of Oregon, and other nearby Eugene - Springfield destinations. Then relax in the soothing hot tub, overlooking serene mountain views by day, and stargazing at night. Our home is a bird lovers paradise. You may even catch a glimpse of our local elk herd, deer, and various other wildlife. The space feels tranquil and inviting, in an ideal location for relaxing after a day of exploring. It is a perfect retreat to enjoy time with family and friends. We are a working, small scale farm, with goats and cows here on the property. Goat kids, calves and our friendly dog are often present. We look forward to welcoming you to Casa Collina, our lovely hillside home.

While we do allow pets, we ask that you do not leave them alone in the house. If you have to leave them unattended, they must be crated. There are always farm animals here so please be aware that dogs that chase other animals must be watched closely and always leashed. Note that our yard doesn't have a dog proof fence between the goats and the yard. Please contact us if you have any questions about pet stays.

We are 4 sisters in our 70s and have rented many vacation houses. This house has lots of character, comfortable beds, a great kitchen, and everything well supplied and clean. The hosts were wonderful and took care of anything we needed and shared info about what to see and do in the area. This house added great value to our sister reunion.

My teammates and I had an amazing stay in this beautiful home. We were in town for a rowing event on Dexter lake and the location was perfect with easy access to the lake but quiet privacy for relaxing afterwards.Everything was super clean, well organized, labeled, and easy to find. The open kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for our team dinners and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in.Hosts are super friendly and helpful!We hope to return to this home on our next trip to Oregon.

What a gorgeous, clean and well maintained house/property! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, my family loved our stay! Plenty of room inside the house as well as outside! Everything was extremely clean, the kitchen was beyond amazing! Very close to Eugene, a nice easy and short drive to get there. We will definitely be making an effort to stay here again next time we come and visit

If you’re ever in the area this is your choice! Trust me the best home I’ve ever rented and the hosts are the nicest people ever! Also who wouldn’t want to pet all the animals. The goats are so fun!! Room for the kids to run and even a tire swing. The views are also amazing..they had every thing I needed and the beds are the most comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud.

Wow! What a fabulous place to stay. Chas’s was very, very responsive, open and flexible with us. We were able to escape for an early Christmas with our son and his family. Prior to our arrival we received a welcome email. Chass and Rosetta were the hostess with the mostess! They were so kind, welcoming, very responsive and even introduced us to their goats which was a highlight of our stay. We traveled from Washington for a volleyball tournament. The house was so well stocked, lovely decorations, even small self-care items for females. We even hosted 12 girls for brunch, and everything went off without a hitch. We had to say farewell on Monday morning but unfortunately my daughter left a school shirt she needed in the closet. They were kind enough to send it back to us. I couldn't ask for a better family to stay with during this time, location, hot tub, huge kitchen and well taken care of home. Thank you to Chass and Rosetta for our stay, if we are passing through again soon, we will definitely be back! 5 stars all the way around....Much appreciated - Hughs/Rymer Family

We have lived in the Eugene/Springfield area for over 30 years, enjoying all that this beautiful Oregon area has to offer. Together we are a family of Oregon Ducks! We love to play on the water, hike and bike mountain trails to waterfalls and hot springs, 4-wheel on the dunes, and hit the nearby ski slopes. All can be enjoyed within an hour or so from our home, which is located just 10 miles east of Eugene toward the beautiful Cascade mountains.

Our home is located on 10 acres in a peaceful and friendly rural location. Our farm property is only an 8 minute drive from major stores and restaurants, yet offers serene natural landscapes and abundant wildlife. We have an active farm where we raise goats and cows. We built our house for our family in 2015, at the top of the property overlooking the tranquil yet active pastures and fields that surround the private hilltop homestead. We custom built our home with the wish of creating a comfortable space where loved ones can spend quality time together, enjoy good food, and create lots of laughter and heartfelt memories. We invite you to come stay in our warm and welcoming home.
