This brand new build looks down upon Big Four Park in quaint downtown Jeffersonville directly across from Downtown Louisville is the perfect getaway for attractions like the Kentucky Derby, Abbey Road on the River, Forecastle, and Bourbon and Beyond!

Studio loft was apart of a 2016 whole house renovation. The studio has the charm of the 1865 home with vaulted ceiling beams salvaged from the original home. Reclaimed long leaf pine is in a picture rail pattern around the perimeter of the hickory flooring. This studio boast the largest shower in the entire home with floor to ceiling 4x4 tiles and recessed shelving for showering essentials. All elements of this renovation were designed and painstakingly finished by the home owners. We are not only welcoming you to our city but also to our forever home. Custom made on site Murphy bed with queen size mattress is tucked onto the studio wall when not in use. Sofa also has a pull out queen mattress to provide sleeping space for a total of four. Oversized chairs are large enough to take your Saturday afternoon nap in before exploring the streets of downtown Jeffersonville which sits one block to the east. This home is literally a mile walk across the Big4 Bridge from Louisville and a two minute walk to Jeffersonville’s downtown restaurant scene. Whether you are taking in the shops, breweries, or local eateries of Jeffersonville or venturing across the mighty Ohio for bourbon and horse racing we can assure that your stay with us will be a safe bet.
