Summary:

Looking for a huge 2 BR / 2 Bath in the heart of the city that overlooks the water? You found it!!! Filled with modern amenities, Casper queen beds, 65 inch TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. This condo is in the hub of it all.. restaurants, bakery, casino, Public Gardens and all that downtown has to offer, including being only a 2-minute walk to the waterfront. Main bus route is outside your lobby door for easy access around the city. Parking @ $25 / day



The Space:

Experience the charm of Halifax while relaxing in our spotless, modern and bright 2 Bedroom / 2 full bathroom waterfront property.



This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with 6 appliances, bedrooms with a Casper queen size mattress & living room that overlooks the water with a 65 inch TV.



We are located in the heart of it all. Steps from the Scotiabank Centre. There are plenty of delicious spots to eat, grab coffee or enjoy the nightlife that the city offers.



The waterfront is a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk.

Full access to large gym on the property.



Other Things to Note:

Located in downtown Halifax, this property is within a 2 minute walk to the Halifax Waterfront Boardwalk and 7 minutes to Casino Nova Scotia. Scotiabank Centre is just around the corner and 7 minutes away. Halifax Convention Centre about 3 minutes.



You will be in the middle of it all that the downtown has to offer. Get ready to enjoy delicious food and a vibrant city!!!!

Great location! Right in downtown and easy to get to the water, Point Pleasant, and Dal. Located right on the ground floor made getting in and out of the unit easy and quick.

This a great place to stay, clean, attractive and centrally located. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to enjoy the city, the restaurants and the waterfront area. The management was perfect. Everything was ready, the instructions were clear and communicating with management group is very easy. A definite 10/10.

This apartment was nice and modern. Clean and beds comfortable. However it was the worst check in I have ever experienced. The instructions were confusing and we received no information on the parking. My husband had to drive around the block for about 20 minutes while I found my way into the apartment, found the fob for the garage door and went back out onto the street and ran around the block until I found a garage door that the fob would open. The apartment was advertised as waterfront which it was not. It was not far from the waterfront but it overlooked a large and very noisy construction site.The apartment was well stocked with kitchen appliances but lacking in the things we really needed like coffee mugs, spoons and small plates. They was no filters for the coffee maker. I don’t expect much but I think a few coffee filters would be very nice for guests. Overall I feel we paid a lot for a lot of frustration. I definitely would not go there again

The property is located in the waterfront area, with water views from the unit and just a short two-block walk to the waterfront itself. We also provide detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival and ask that guests review them in advance to ensure a smooth check-in experience. The unit is stocked with a full set of eight dishes, along with a dishwasher for convenience. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best with your future stays.

We really appreciated the location of this spot! Half way between the waterfront and the sites on top of the hill. Close to all of the excitement but extremely quiet!
