The Space:

Stay in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District in this beautifully updated first-floor studio. Tucked into one of downtown’s most picturesque neighborhoods, this charming retreat blends historic character with thoughtful modern touches.



Unwind on the plush queen memory foam mattress and enjoy fresh bed linens and soft towels provided for your stay. A Pack ’n Play is available upon request for guests traveling with little ones. Best suited for solo travelers or couples, this cozy space offers a peaceful place to recharge.



The recently renovated bathroom features a spacious walk-in tiled shower and is filled with natural light.



The retro-style kitchenette is well-stocked with essentials including a mini fridge, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and dishes—perfect for preparing light meals or your morning brew.



You’ll also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and a 40” smart TV for relaxing nights in.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that the studio does not have a full size kitchen, just a kitchenette. There is not a dishwasher, but a second pedestal sink between the kitchenette and bathroom that can be used to hand wash dishes. There is not laundry in the studio, however there is coin laundry available in the building basement if needed. Parking is not included, but there is a city parking garage across the street, as well as city metered street parking.

Guests will receive arrival codes and details the day of arrival. The studio has keyless entry. We are available for any guest needs or questions.
