High end finishes, indoor and outdoor living, ocean breezes, and views from many levels create a peaceful retreat. Wake to the sound of waves, enjoy coffee with ocean views, and watch sunsets that feel uniquely local. The home provides a calm, elevated, memorable, and distinctly Manhattan Beach lifestyle.

A 90-second walk from the sand, step inside our modern beach house and you’ll immediately feel like you`re on a luxury beach vacation. The main living area features soaring ceilings, walls of glass, and a sleek gas fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
AC + smart climate control provides a cool retreat after a day splashing in the waves. Sliding doors open to multiple balconies where you can enjoy fresh air, ocean views, and the sounds of the surf. Our seaside retreat comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests across three ensuite bedrooms and a flexible den. At night, the home glows with ambient lighting and ocean breezes—the perfect backdrop for unforgettable coastal evenings—wine, music, and conversation drifting into the night.

On lucky mornings, dolphins often play just offshore—sometimes visible right from the open concept living space. The chef’s kitchen is a masterpiece, complete with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, a wine fridge, and quartzite stone countertops. Cook, dine, and entertain effortlessly with the sparkling sea as your backdrop and golden light pouring through floor-to-ceiling glass. Homes this close to the sand, with ocean views and modern finishes, are rarely available for rent—this is one of only a handful in Manhattan Beach.

Each of the three bedrooms is an ensuite, offering privacy and comfort for guests. The primary suite feels like a private spa, with a freestanding tub, oversized shower, marble fireplace, and walk-in closet. From the primary balcony, enjoy your morning coffee as waves crash on the sand below. A flexible den provides a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi or an extra guest.

Everything you need to enjoy the beach is at your fingertips: beach chairs, towels, and sand toys. Just steps away, our stretch of sand offers a charming swing set and a beachfront café—giving the area an almost European beach-town vibe. Whether you’re a surf-loving family, a couple escaping for a romantic getaway, or business travelers wanting a beachside base, this home was designed for effortless living.

Throughout the home, smart technology controls lighting, temperature, and sound for a seamless experience. The two-car garage includes a Tesla charger, making parking a breeze. As Manhattan Beach completes its underground utility project, the already stunning views will soon be completely unobstructed.

Located in the highly sought-after Sand Section of North Manhattan Beach, this home offers the best of coastal living. Just a few steps from the beach, guests can stroll to local cafés, boutique shops, and laid-back bars that define the Manhattan Beach lifestyle. If you’ve never stayed in the Sand Section, this is the Manhattan Beach experience most visitors never get access to.

Enjoy a morning walk or bike ride along The Strand, stop by North End Caffé for breakfast, or catch sunset views at El Porto. The Strand is one of the most famous beachfront walkways in California with some of the best surf in the area. El Porto surf breaks draw athletes and filmmakers alike. Nearby Highland Avenue offers an array of dining options, from casual tacos to fine dining with ocean views. For those wanting to explore further, the Pier and downtown Manhattan Beach are a quick five-minute drive away.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There is an abundance of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.

If you’re the type who wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

Manhattan Beach is a tightly knit residential community. No parties or events are allowed without prior written approval.

No pets allowed. However, pets under 20 lbs may be considered with prior approval and applicable fees.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.

- Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. For month+ stays, any excessive use above the average amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.
