The best Villa in Olhos de Água, with a outstanding front line sea view. Totally private, with a private pool and garden. Situated only 50 meters to the beach. The access to the beach is made by a stairs situated besides the Villa, that takes you directly to the beach (just 1 minute walk from the steps down to the beach). Outstanding destination for families, the area is very calm and quite and the beach is clean and safe. The Villa have also a privileged location, because it is situated very near to all of the facilities and services, such as, traditional Portuguese restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, taxi rank, bus stop, pharmacy, ATM´s. Everything in a sort walk distance, no car required.

With a Andalusian Yard Interior Balcony with vault, and a beautiful palm tree. Large Living and dining room with a outstanding see view, with a door directly to the pool/garden. One Master Suit with a balcony that overlooks the sea, Bathroom with bath. One room with 2 twin beds and one Bathroom with shower. Kitchen fully equipped and also with see view, and a terrace with a Panoramic view of the all Coastline. Free wi-fi internet (5G). TV with more than a hundred Chanel in Dinning-room and Bedrooms. Acclimatization in all pieces.

Outside:
With a large balcony, and a total private pool and garden area with a outstanding panoramic beach/sea view. You can enjoy the sun all day long, and do all the meals enjoying the amazing view. There are tables, chairs, parasols and sun loungers.

Great villa in outstanding location

Relaxing holiday around the pool with great views over the beach and across the coast. All amenities are within walking distance and it’s a great base to tour this part of Portugal. We didn’t bother to rent a car and used Yellowfish for airport transfers and Uber for day trips.

A beautiful villa by the sea, very clean with everything you need. I have stayed in a lot of places but never had a kitchen that literally had everything you need plus more, amazing! The pool area & gardens are the best feature, very private & quiet with lovely views over the sea & beach. The host was very welcoming & was on call if needed. Nothing to fault 10/10

This villa is really brilliant the pictures dont do this villa justice the size of this villa is huge it is more like a mini hotel the bedrooms well spaced out and because it was 6 of us armenio opened the ground floor for us with another large bedroom and bathroom the kitchen and large lounge were lovely the outside space was lovely a covered area with a dining table and rattan furniture lovely sized swimming pool with loungers and the view looking over the beach is amazing short walk to beach and restaurants and bars we all loved this holiday and would definitely go back there Thanks srmenio Paul gill &familly

Unique property

A real special place to stay the covered indoor court yard with a tree growing floor to ceiling gives a really spacious airy feel . All the rooms where large and well furnished. The sheltered out door terrace was a delite to sit when you want to stay out of the heat. The garden was so well tended it was a delight . And the view well just stunning ! A very private pool area not over looked at all . My wife and i really enjoyed our stay would highly recomend

Absolutely beautiful place, scenery and the overlooking of the sea was stunning.

The owner was in constant communication with us, whilst before and when we arrived. We had an early flight in so he allowed us to safely leave our bags and be around the pool area midday, whilst they did a thorough clean. There is an iron, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer all in good working order. The apartment is close to restaurants and bars, bit hilly and a lot of steps to get to and from the beach, which is fine if you are fit unlike me. The pool was cleaned regularly whilst we there. They could do with updating the sun beds as all were broke but we were able to lie on them, just be careful as they may finally give way. Overall a beautiful large place, if you have an Amazon account you can sign in on the lounge TV. Would definitely recommend and would go back in a heart beat. Yellowfish transfers were also great and would highly recommend them to.

Wunderschönes Haus um Ferien zu machen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Armenios Haus sehr genossen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und gut unterhalten. Armenio hat uns den Kühlschrank für den Anfang ein wenig gefüllt und auch ein feiner Portwein hat nicht gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, wie auch der Garten. Alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen, wir haben kein Mietauto gebraucht. Das gilt für Restaurants sowie für Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Armenio war immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir Hilfe gebraucht haben. Wir würden sofort wieder dort buchen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Deze woning is de mooiste en beste die we ooit gehad hebben; bijzonder mooi en uniek qua gebouw, met sfeervolle binnenruimten, prachtig vrij uitzicht over de oceaan, fijne veranda om buiten te eten en te loungen. The property is absolutely amazing both inside and out! There is so much space. On arrival we were welcomed by the owner Arménio who greeted us at an early check-in time to coincide with our flight, which was just so helpful. Entering the property for the first time was awesome, a large square with doors to the rooms in the villa, along with a ginormous indoor plant. Master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Lower and upper terraces both overlooking the Ocean, with incredible views. Private swimming pool on the lower terrace not overlooked! Words cannot do justice to Villa Jamelo, we will definitely be visiting again! Alhos de Agua had a great choice of restaurants and places to sit and have a beer, cocktail or a glass of wine all within walking distance.

UNIQUE VILLA

Villa Jarmelo is a beautiful villa which is well located to access the beach (steps), restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The garden and swimming pool are well looked after on a daily basis. The villa has the best view of the sea and beach in Olhos. We hope to return in the future.

Amazing Villa

We had a great stay! The property is exactly as seen in the pictures. The views are amazing and the backyard garden with pool was very private while still feeling open with a big view of the ocean. Armenio, our host, was very gracious, friendly, and helpful. The villa was clean and relaxing. The beach, as well as restaurants, were very close and easy to walk to. We rented a car and it was easy to find a place to park right by the villa. I would recommend this place, and would happily stay here again.

This Villa will suit couples and families. Due to its close proximity to the beach (only 50 meters), very calm and quite area, makes it perfect for a relaxing holiday. The Villa is only 25 mins from the airport, transfers can be booked for approx 60 euros return. We have satellite TV, free WIFI internet.There are some amazing restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within short walking distance. Car hire not essential.

The Villa have a private pool and a large garden terrace which overlooks the beach, and where you can enjoy the sun all day long.
