With four bedrooms featuring a queen bed, a full bed, two bunk beds, and a twin bed, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Guests can relax in a cozy living room, featuring a fireplace and sofa bed. A game room with a pool table, air hockey and a bean bag converts to a full bed for more sleeping options. Two bathrooms offer convenient showers and hair dryers to keep you refreshed. Exterior yard has a private deck, firepit and BBQ. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure, this lovely home provides a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. A great place to call home base while you’re exploring South Eastern Utah, we hope you enjoy your stay!

We stayed in this wonderful home as we explored nearby hiking and recreation sites. Our group was two families with young children, and the home was perfect for everyone. Tastefully decorated, lots of amenities, clean, and comfortable. The kids especially enjoyed the game room!

Beautifully updated home with all the amenities you’ll need. We had fun in the game room playing air hockey and relaxing by the fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked. There are so many small details the owners have thought of that just elevated our stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

This place was great! We came down for Spring Break with another family. We have 4 kids and they have 5. We did bring a couple air mattress for our tall teen boys for the basement and it workwd out great. Thanks for the clean place to stay for our fun week of hiking adventures with our friends!!
