Cindy is the best host!! We’ve been renting this unit for several years
a couple times a year!!It is convenient to all things in the area!!The pool area is amazing!!We just spent 9 days , and it couldn’t have been any better

Love this place!

About a 5-6 minute walk from the beach. Loved the pool and hot tub and Cindy was great at communicating with me! Definitely recommend!!

Spring stay

Excellent property for our needs and wants. Amenities are just what we need, location is perfect, as is proximity to beach, dining, and shopping. Combined with excellent host, they’re all the reasons why we’ve stayed here multiple times.

Perfect getaway

It’s a great studio condo 2 with a very very very short walk to the beach. Complex is nice. Pool is clean and the entire area is very clean. Great experience and would highly recommend.

Excellent stay as usual. Mid April is a great time to visit, in between the spring break and summer rushes. Much needed and very relaxing mini vacation.

Great stay!

We came down for a quick getaway and ended up extending our stay we loved it so much! We were able to bring our dog which was an extra bonus. Communication was amazing, responsive and prompt. Great Value

The condo is a perfect location to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The area is very quiet and everyone staying in the complex was respectful and mature. Perfect for those wanting to get away for a relaxing trip away from the crowds.

Relax!

Very cute studio! Decorated nicely. Kitchen well appointed.Tall balcony chairs to enjoy the view. plenty of towels.Comfy bed.The pull out couch was used for a week. My friend said it was comfy but it madea lot of noise whenever she moved! We laughed about it. The location is incredible! The grounds and pool area are lovely.Just a short walk to a beautiful sugar sand beach that borders a state park. Within walking distance to a wonderful restaurant and a great seafood store, among other places.I throughly enjoyed my stay and would love to return!

Cozy Beach Studio

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The room was very neat and clean! It’s the perfect room for a couple! The condo offers everything you need along with giving you super close access to the beach! We enjoyed every aspect of this little spot! We were in the pool and hot tub daily! The area overall is quiet and everyone we encountered was friendly! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great location

This condo is so close to the beach, it was great being able to walk there with our small children and all their toys. There was no need for a golf cart! We also liked how the property was towards the end of the busier part of 30A (this was during peak spring break). So while bustling, it wasn’t a wild area like we saw in Seaside. Lastly the pool area was very nice and well maintained.

Cozy Condo

This cozy studio was really beachy and perfect for the two of us and our dog! My only criticism was the mattress on the queen bad had no firmness and our backs were sore. Others may find it soft and comfy. We’re old farts and we are used to a king bed and firm mattress. Maybe a new mattress and the place would be perfect! Our dog was happy and loved the elevator since she does not like stairs. Cindy was very responsive and got us connected to the WiFi. We would surely return in warmer weather since we had a very cold cold snap. Our little getaway was really great!
