The entry door looks like someone forcibly opened it. The towels are and look dirty. The hand towels were colored ones that had bleach stains as well. Coffee table and grey couch are dirty. You can hear everything so you won’t get much sleep from all the noise from outside. I have never been to a location that has the bare minimum of utensils/condiments. No salt or pepper nor oil. They have a washer and dryer but no detergent. I like to cook at least for breakfast but it was not a good experience. Our flight was arriving early so I sent a message if we could check in sooner and the person did answer telling me to wait so they can speak to housekeeping after that didn’t hear from them after asking for an update after two hours. When we got to the loft I had asked for the WiFi information. I don’t know if it was an automated message but answered with something totally different and did not answer my question until the following day.
