Relaxing Getaway

Zero complaints, but we did wish there were a few more things like board games or puzzles to keep us and our kids busy on rainy afternoons.

Great location

This is our second time at Pointe Santo and first time with SBL rentals, the location is central and the the beach was really nice. The water was very warm but somewhat wavy. The condo was spacious and clean, but very basic. There was not even salt and pepper and there were only packs of laundry detergent despite the fact that we were expected to wash the beach towels ourselves. The pots and pans were unusable (all scratched and rusty) but they got them replaced rapidly, after not receiving our request for 48 hours (apparently new SBL app had issues). That being said agents at SBL were extremely friendly and accomodating and we had a wonderful restful vacation.

Wonderful getaway

Had a wonderful time staying here. The beach was a short walk from the poolside which allowed for migrating back and forth easy.

Great Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleased with this condo last year but this year was a great improvement because the roof area had been completed redone. Because of the rain showers some of our time was spent on the great balcony. We had every needed convenience except a can opener. The beach is wonderful & great for collecting shells. The sunsets were indescribable from the roof. Also, Sanibel Vacations is a wonderful group to work with. Since our travel expense is no longer affordable, along with the cost of the unit, we are sad to say we won't be returning next year. It is a truly enjoyable place and so convenient to all the great restaurants & shopping. We love Sanibel Island!

First visit to Sanibel

The location was perfect! Right on the beach. Condo was a great size. Loved the roof top deck, perfect for early morning coffee and late night cocktails. Condo was bit dated and need a bit of work in the bathrooms. Loved the stay and would stay again ! Perfect view of the ocean

The walking/bike path was across the street, and we used it to walk to restaurants that are about 1 mile away. Beautiful location

We love staying at Pointe Santo. Great location to bike up to Bailey's and the stores on Periwinkle Way. Short walk to the beach. The 3rd floor patio is great for sunrise and sunset watching and star gazing.

On the beach, close to most restaurants, very comfortable and well-maintained accommodations. The pictures on-line faithfully represent the rental except for one thing: The weathered boards on the rooftop deck have been replaced and now it's even nicer than the picture.

Beach view

We loved our stay…very clean and as advertised. The master is wonderful with a big view of the ocean. The bed was very high and a little hard to get into. Variety of blankets were ideal. Great shower. Living room could use one more comfy chair as it was cramped with 4 on the sofas. Elevator made being on the top floor very manageable. Beautiful beach, lots of lounge chairs. Great shelling of course. Close to Baileys grocery and lots of good restaurants. Would consider this place again.

Beautiful condo and complex with all needed amenities and more

Construction was delayed on rooftops which wasn’t relayed to rental company until a few days prior to our arrival , construction progress should’ve been updated earlier so we could have tried and find a quieter condo in the same complex . Very loud hammering and drilling right above our heads at 730 am as well as throughout day but this is not the rental companies fault as they were not informed of delayed progress from complex . I would gladly rent this unit again though once construction is completed . The owner was very apologetic and offered a day refund for inconvenience.

Location, comfort, convenience

Our experience could not have been more delightful. View from our condo gorgeous, kitchen well supplied, plus beach towels and a beach closet filled with cooler, chairs, umbrella and assorted games and toys. Everything we could want or need. We loved our time there and would happily return. Only problem we had was complicated TV, but we weren’t there to watch TV. We wouldn’t have been happier if we had taken the time to figure it out. Thanks for a delightful stay

Great location, Comfortable accommodations

The property was clean and well maintained. Location to beach was convenient, & we were always able to find a spot to set up without feeling crowded. The condo is in a great location for walking or biking to town or a few nature preserves. Restaurants, ice cream & shopping are nearby yet far enough to feel you're in a private area. Beautiful tennis court. Really enjoyed a relaxing stay.
