La Pointe Santo C42 est un magnifique condo en attique situé au dernier étage avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, une véranda moustiquaire et un toit-terrasse privé, propice aux bains de soleil et aux couchers de soleil en soirée! Ce condo offre une vue directe sur l’eau du golfe depuis presque toutes les chambres et peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes. Émerveillez-vous devant ce sanctuaire d'île vierge depuis votre propre lanai qui offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique. Profitez de la douce brise de l'océan et des palmiers qui vous entourent dans ce cadre tropical luxuriant. La plage de sable fin est à deux pas et s'étend sur des kilomètres. Elle est réputée dans le monde entier pour ses bombardements inégalés. Passez vos journées à nager dans la piscine chauffée, à socialiser dans le bain à remous et / ou à jouer au tennis! La Pointe Santo C42 a tout ce que vous pouvez espérer dans une location de vacances et plus encore!

The condo was clean and well stocked with all you would need. Nice view from the top deck, we just didn’t utilize it as much as we thought, mainly because we really didn’t spend much time actually in the condo. Very centrally located. When I did contact the host on check out with a couple of small items they were very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely be back in the future.

Wonderful beach view. We did not use the pool as we prefer the beach. This is one of the best appointed condos that we have ever stayed in. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Such a great location. We were able to walk to Doc Fords and it was a short bike ride to most shops and restaurants.

Wonderful getaway

Good location

This unit is in serious need of an update. Original bathrooms, rooftop deck furniture is very old, but master bedroom bed is exceptionally comfortable and nice new couches. No lock on sliding door to the lanai with rooftop access makes it very uncomfortable. Location and proximity to restaurants and grocery are great.

On the beach, close to most restaurants, very comfortable and well-maintained accommodations. The pictures on-line faithfully represent the rental except for one thing: The weathered boards on the rooftop deck have been replaced and now it's even nicer than the picture.

Sanibel experience

The location was terrific. The condo was nice and clean. Everything we needed was right there except for bikes. The other properties offered bikes right there with no extra charge. The property management was very informative, detailed, and friendly. Ut was nice that the unit had beach chairs etc available . We will be returning soon. Thank you

Great Escape

The walking/bike path was across the street, and we used it to walk to restaurants that are about 1 mile away. The only issues were minor, like the fact that one side of the master bed didn't have access to an outlet.

Great Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleased with this condo last year but this year was a great improvement because the roof area had been completed redone. Because of the rain showers some of our time was spent on the great balcony. We had every needed convenience except a can opener. The beach is wonderful & great for collecting shells. The sunsets were indescribable from the roof. Also, Sanibel Vacations is a wonderful group to work with. Since our travel expense is no longer affordable, along with the cost of the unit, we are sad to say we won't be returning next year. It is a truly enjoyable place and so convenient to all the great restaurants & shopping. We love Sanibel Island!

Dissappointing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a nice spot on the island. I chose it for the rooftop sitting area which we never really used. The property was supposed to be smoke free however someone close by was smoking constantly throughout the week I could smell it in our unit. I found the unit quite dated and the condition could use a facelift for the price. We also experienced rowdy guests who where vulgar and obnoxious. Not my idea of a pleasant and relaxing experience. I would not return to this particular property however the office and maintenance staff was great.

We do ask guests to contact our office any time an issue such as smoking or rowdy guests arise. These issues are easily resolved in a timely manner and we are always able to help with this if you make us aware! We are also slowly making updates to the condo to help our guests have a more comfortable stay! We hope we are able to help you plan another more relaxing trip to Sanibel in the near future!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental unit was nice and clean, but there were some issues that would prevent us from renting this unit again. There was an issue with the Air conditioning duct work that caused a noisy rumble when the AC cycled on. Made it difficult to sleep. Upholstery on the living room sofa was torn in several places. Handle on the washing machine lid was missing...made it difficult to use. Information on the location of the storage unit for beach chairs/umbrella should have been in the Welcome information packet as well as reference to the fact that a luggage cart was available (found this out too late).The unit was in a good location. We would stay at Pointe Santo again but probably in another unit.

The information regarding the beach closet is available within the welcome binder in each condo. I will be sure to add that there are luggage carts available. We appreciate that suggestion! Great location

This is our second time at Pointe Santo and first time with SBL rentals, the location is central and the the beach was really nice. The water was very warm but somewhat wavy. The condo was spacious and clean, but very basic. There was not even salt and pepper and there were only packs of laundry detergent despite the fact that we were expected to wash the beach towels ourselves. The pots and pans were unusable (all scratched and rusty) but they got them replaced rapidly, after not receiving our request for 48 hours (apparently new SBL app had issues). That being said agents at SBL were extremely friendly and accomodating and we had a wonderful restful vacation.
