Welcome to Tarpon Beach 206, a beautifully updated Gulf-front corner condo where laid-back island living comes with a view! Bright, inviting and thoughtfully furnished with fresh coastal style, this condo offers a comfortable home away from home just steps from the sand. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and modern finishes, while the open living and dining area flows effortlessly out to the spacious screened lanai. Enjoy morning coffee, afternoon breezes or sunset cocktails while taking in gorgeous views of the Gulf, swaying palms and the community pool below. As a corner unit, Tarpon Beach 206 offers added privacy and plenty of natural light, creating a peaceful retreat to come home to after a day exploring Sanibel. The Tarpon Beach community also offers a large pool with handicap lift, tennis and pickleball courts, community grills, a beach walkover, shell-cleaning station and outdoor shower. With the Gulf right outside your door and everything you need for an easy island getaway, Tarpon Beach 206 is the kind of place that makes it very hard to leave.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Full beds & pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), 3 flat screen Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated shared pool, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, community tennis & pickle ball courts, elevator access. Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

The only reason for the 4 star was the property was not ready for guests. Pool wasn’t close to being completed, the grounds were not completed-under construction. Once the property is complete, this home is a perfect rental-clean and efficient. Beautifully designed. Sanibel is a favorite destination for our family and we will continue to visit!

Wonderful Stay

Condo is extremely comfortable, has all the amenities and in a perfect location. We’ve been traveling to Sanibel for years, and this is by far our favorite spot!

Wonderful holiday week

This condo was perfect for our family! It is close to the beach and the pool is just steps away. The furnishings are comfortable and we love the updated baths and kitchen. We plan to return!

Great place - Warn of those **** beach bugs!

The access to the beach is amazing as well. Just wish we knew to bring long sleeves and pants because we brought home a ton of bug bites!

Piece of Heaven

This unit has a great view of the Gulf & is nicely decorated. 2 things were not working....ceiling fan on lanai & bathroom vent fan. A small table on the lanai would be handy. There are 2 small ends tables that work for a drink or snack. We had great weather, too!! Paradise!! THANK YOU!!

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at Tarpon Beach #206. The condo was SPOTLESS upon arrival. All the living area furniture, beds, and bedding were very comfortable. The condo had more than enough amenities to make us feel right at home including a well-stocked kitchen, great beach chairs, plenty of towels, a hair dryer w/ diffuser (which was a bonus since I forgot my at home!), etc. We spent a lot of time down by the pool area which was usually quiet and we often had it to ourselves. Having a covered parking space was a huge bonus since you got into a cool car no matter what time of day. The location of the condo is perfect, close to all the shopping on Tarpon Bay & Periwinkle roads. The public beach is right next door, so this spot can get busy, especially on the weekends.

Great Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic girlfriends week at this Tarpon Beach condo! It has been renovated recently and the decor is very nice and beachy! We were very comfortable here and the location was great. The ocean front view from the balcony was fantastic! Just a quick walk past the pool and out to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were nice to have access to. The pool was also very nice. I do wish they had more umbrellas around the pool area though as it was very hot during the day. Also very glad this building has an elevator!! Enjoyed some great meals at local restaurants. Some of our favorites being Gramma Dot's Shrimp Basket, Doc Ford's Island Shrimp & Grits and The Clam Shack's Lobster Roll! The rental agency personell were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property when staying on Sanibel Island.

We don't cook much (only chicken breasts for salads), BUT the small utensils were seriously lacking. If we had intended to cook more of our meals, it would have been a challenge. We appreciated the quality beach chairs that were provided. Overall the condo is wonderful and we would stay again in a heartbeat! Also, the Sanibel Vacations staff is SO nice! They accommodated an early check in for my husband and I which we really appreciated.

Beachside getaway

The property is as listed with super close proximity to the beach and all needed beach amenities. Views are amazing! We had a great time with our family. The check in requires travel to the SBL office despite having a key code on the door. The process could likely be updated to be more convenient for renters.

A lovely, comfortable condo - and oh, what a view!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tarpon Beach 206 was just what we hoped for. When you walk in the door, your eyes are drawn straight to a gorgeous view of the Gulf! The location is perfect - right on the beach, close to restaurants, groceries, everything you need. We love riding our bikes and this was a great location for starting rides all over the island with our favorite being Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge. The condo is lovely, decorated in calming colors with comfortable furniture. The beds are very comfortable, just like home. The kitchen is well supplied and the appliances are very nice. I can’t say enough about how clean the condo was when we arrived. We wondered if the oven had ever been used because it was so clean. They even called the morning of our check in to let us know it would be ready earlier than expected. We also liked the furniture on the lanai. It is comfortable for sitting and watching the waves, having morning coffee or reading a book. Being an end unit, there are screens on 2 sides so it feels more airy. So relaxing. I also have to give a big thumbs up to SBL for their quick response for repair issues. The maintenance people came immediately to make 2 repairs. We look forward to returning to this condo next year!

Island Time

Lived on the island growing up. For my moms Mother’s Day present we decided to rent this place for her and her husband. They thoroughly enjoyed and loved all the amenities the condo offered as well as the view and cleanliness! All you have to do is bring yourself and your suitcase, everything was thought of!

First time in Sanibel

Sanibel is absolutely amazing and beautiful. This property was located in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the closet of extra items for the beach, it came in handy! The owners were amazing. Plus everyone staying at the property was very friendly. We can’t wait to be back!
