ComplÚtement meublé avec la plupart des conforts de la maison, nous louons à la nuit, la semaine ou le mois du 1er mars au 15 décembre (si le temps le permet). Notre emplacement est une propriété boisée de 6. 5 acres. Les taux de week-end sont légÚrement plus élevés que les taux de semaine en raison de la demande. Nous pouvons louer au mois avec le taux dépendant du mois (s) demandé. Appelez pour ce prix, s'il vous plaßt.

Venez Ă  Raystown et profitez des nombreuses activitĂ©s nautiques: baignade, pĂȘche, canoĂ«, kayak, randonnĂ©e, vĂ©lo et observation des oiseaux! Vous pouvez sauter dans le Dirt Fest Ă  la piste Allegrippis ou essayez votre recette de cĂŽtes prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e Ă  notre barbecue Ă  la plage. Le tournoi K-Bass est prĂ©vu au printemps et Creation, Christian Music Festival arrive Ă  Orbisonia en juin. Des vacances Ă  Raystown seront inoubliables pour les annĂ©es Ă  venir. Raystown Lake est une voie navigable populaire dans le sud de la Pennsylvanie centrale. Le lac de 29 milles de long et ses environs appartiennent en grande partie au gouvernement fĂ©dĂ©ral avec plusieurs parcs et forĂȘts appartenant Ă  l'État Ă  proximitĂ©. C'est une rĂ©gion merveilleuse pour passer des vacances en famille avec de grandes randonnĂ©es, la chasse, le canotage, la natation, la pĂȘche et l'observation des oiseaux. D'autres attractions populaires incluent des cavernes, le chemin de fer, l'Ă©quitation, les croisiĂšres sur le lac, la location de bateaux pour ne citer que quelques-uns. Pour les golfeurs, Huntingdon Country Club propose un parcours de golf public Ă  environ 4 miles au nord de nous. Les bĂ©nĂ©voles ont rĂ©cemment crĂ©Ă© le sentier Allegrippis qui est populaire auprĂšs des amateurs de vĂ©lo. Des tournois de pĂȘche frĂ©quentent la rĂ©gion et Barbecue at the Beach a lieu en septembre. Pendant votre sĂ©jour, vous pouvez ĂȘtre bĂ©ni de voir un ours nager Ă  travers le lac ou un aigle Ă  tĂȘte blanche retournant Ă  son nid.

La cabine est également à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du CollÚge Juniata à Huntingdon, PA et à environ 45 minutes en voiture du campus principal de l'Université Penn State à State College, PA

Great Family Cabin Stay

Relaxing family getaway

Cool cabin

We enjoyed our stay, the cabin was comfortable and well stocked with all the utensils and items needed to get by while enjoying the covered deck and the beauty of nearby Raystown lake and the locations rustic out of the way wooded setting.

Perfect for a Rustic Weekend Getaway!

We came out for a weekend while visiting a local college campus. A very private and beautiful wooded area. We appreciated the deck and fire pit area. Plenty of space for a cozy family weekend. Will book again!

Sweet spot in the mountains with rustic charm

Enjoyed our stay during February. Nice cabin with essentials provided. Sits atop a big hill or small mountain and in between Raystown Lake and Penn State, which was important to us. Owners were excellent communicators. Would stay again.

Nice place. Clean, old style authentic cabin in a nice location between Huntingdon and lake Raystown. Great for mountain biking weekend being only 4-5 miles from the main trailhead. Great deck area. Nothing fancy and maybe not beautiful place but just what you need to get away. Host is quick to respond to any text questions.

Cabin in woods girls get away

3rd time staying at one of warrior ridge hideaway cabins. Once again, we totally loved our stay!!! Linda is an exceptional host and goes above and beyond!!! So quiet, peaceful and relaxing! Well stocked with all you need, clean and smells good. We are already planning our next stay soon!!!

Cozy and Clean

We came for a fishing tournament at Raystown and this was closer and more convenient than staying at a hotel. It is rustic and vintage, but the bedding and cabin were clean, shower water pressure was strong and hot and it had everything needed to cook our meals.

Exactly what we were hoping for

Comfy, cozy, cabin in the woods. The property is wonderfully secluded in a rustic relaxing setting. The cabin was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of fishing. Linda is a wonderful host as well! Thanks again for the clean up after the storm.

Great rustic cabin within 10 mins of Seven Points Marina

My family and friends stayed over Labor day and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a rustic cabin with all the modern amenities. I found it to be clean. As a camper I enjoyed being tucked in the woods and feeling remote yet only 10 minutes from Seven Points Marina. We did have two pontoons with us that we parked at Jim's Anchorage for the weekend for $25.

Peaceful and Private

We enjoyed our stay, it was so relaxing and private. No interruptions, it was great! Nestled in the woods and yet, so close to everything. Don't worry about Wi-Fi, if you have Verizon, I had great cell service. The place is clean, kicked back, no worries. I especially loved hearing a rooster in the distance. We would like to stay again. Perfect Rain Weekend Retreat

Our annual Veterans Day hike was a washout
this was the perfect last minute rain break for us to still hang out with friends. Played Risk, Poker and card games on the porch. When the rain was not pouring, we spent time around the fire. The house everything we needed and our hosts had everything in good order for our arrival. It exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend for a getaway. Thanks to our hosts for a great stay.

Second Visit to Warrior Ridge

It was nice to have it meet our expectations again this year. Still a quiet and private location. It rained so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside spaces, however the TV, two couches, and large dinning table were plenty of space for us to enjoy quality family time. Plenty of space for our little chihuahua to run around too. The 4 single beds upstairs are great for the early sleepers to turn in early, shut the door and allow the late night talks to continue in the living room. Linda is great with communication and again was able to accommodate our late check out. Thanks so much!

Beautiful property, great host!

A group of 8 of us stayed at Cabin #2 for the weekend. The cabin proved to be plenty spacious and even when it rained the covered porch allowed for plenty of room to be outside. The area around the cabin is beautiful, a nice quiet getaway! It is also a great location being that its not too far from either Huntingdon (Juniata College) or Raystown Lake. The owner was extremely accommodating for us, letting us check in early and check out late. When an item was lost in the house and we could not find it she went out of her way to search for it so we would not have to pay for a replacement. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay!

Linda and her husband, Wayne purchased this cabin property back in 1997 and began offering rentals. Over the years they have made many improvements and upgrades but have kept the old-fashioned country theme.
