This was our second stay, and it was perfect. The house is just the right size for us. It is large enough to give some space for 9 adults. The kitchen well equipped with everything for cooking for nine people. The front and rear decks are perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. David commutates from check-in to check-out. When we go back to Raystown we hope the home is still available.Thanks again David!

Lovely home located on a wooded lot within minutes of Seven Points Marina. The home had an abundance of space for our 4 person adult family. Loved the porches which provided coverage from sun and rain, while allowing us to be outside to enjoy the birds and view of the woods. In this incredibly quiet neighborhood, it's impossible to not feel surrounded by peace. The home is well-stocked with kitchenware and grilling options (our favorite!). All the indoor spaces (living rooms, game area, bedrooms) were well furnished and comfortable areas for lounging. This home is clearly well cared for and valued by the owner. Very grateful that it was shared with us!

The kitchen is well appointed with all the necessities. Our group cooks most of our meals and it has everything we need. The outdoor cooking area and outside seating are so enjoyable. Laundry is a great bonus to have on site! Very comfortable place to stay. Great outdoor space to have outside activities and a fire pit. Our favorite place to stay! Thank you for being a great host!

This house was perfect for our group of friends. It was deceptively spacious and the kitchen was perfectly suited for our cooking needs. (Seriously. It had everything.) We all felt like the pictures did not do it justice. Especially regarding the back porch. We all agreed that we would love to return. Thank you for being such a kind and gracious host!

The house is in a beautiful area at the lake. David was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The house is well stocked and comes with anything you might need during your stay. My family and friends enjoyed the home, and we would stay there again. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Raystown Lake area.

Lakeside Ridge is unique in it's outdoor space, parking, covered porches and outdoor grilling area. It is in very close proximity to 7 Points Marina and almost across the street from the Allegrippis Trail Head near Susquehannock Campground. 99+ 5 Star recommendations, as everyone has loved the features and space this rental has to offer. Paved roads lead to this 2 Acre wooded location. (Parking Area Security Cameras)
