Whether relaxing indoors or gathering with friends, this home offers a welcoming space to create lasting memories. Only minutes to a boat ramp, Port Oliver. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. ABSOLUTELY NO USING THE FIREPLACE.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Blue trash can outside to place all trash bags in after stay. Trash can to go to the road. All trash to be placed in bags.

All used bedding to be taken off the bed, the used sheets to be placed in a pillowcase and placed on bed. Do NOT remove the mattress protector from the bed.

All dirty towels to be placed in the washing machine. If too many lay remaining ones on the floor in laundry room.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely NO using the fireplace inside.

There is a pellet grill in the garage, that can be used outside. Must bring your own pellets.

Property was beautiful. The only problem we had was my two year old grand daughter wanted to climb through the ropes on the staircase. She is a sneaky one!! It was well stocked and kids loved the ping pong and basketball!

This house was great! The location was beautiful and the house was one of the most well stocked rentals I’ve stayed at in terms of kitchen appliances/towels/etc. The host responded to messages quickly and was helpful when needed. There was plenty of space and entertainment for a full house. We very much enjoyed our time in Scottsville!

The house was great. One issue voiced by all was the lack of a true coffee maker. Only a single cup type provided. Kitchen pans etc. were high quality but lacked a few essentials. Dining chairs needed repairs.

It was a nice place. We had a good family time together. Unlike most of the places we have stayed, there was no book at the home with information. We had to guess about several things.

This is one of the best VRBO we’ve stayed at. Everything was well laid out, the beds were very comfortable, and the house is designed for everyone just to have fun in and be able to relax as a family. My boys were so excited to spend time in the downstairs area where there’s dartboard ping-pong, and a basketball game. All five of us were able to sit on the couch downstairs and watch a movie very comfortably. I recommend trying it out. We were in the area for mammoth caves and it was easy to get back-and-forth and our kids liked the fact that we were at an exit with a Buc-cees as well.
