This Federal Style home offers 2,800 sq.ft. of living space, was built in 1835 and has three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, dining room and living room.
Features include hardwood floors throughout, 12' ceilings and modern amenities. Every space in the house has been updated with modern touches while preserving it's 1830s craftsmanship.

Enjoy all that Circleville has to offer: within walking distance to Lindsey's Bakery, Wittich's Candy Shop, local restaurants & shopping.

The dining room offers seating for everyone and the kitchen has everything you need for the family.
You will have access to the entire home including the back porch with grill and the back yard.

So convenient to just walk out the door and be close to restaurants and shopping. Parking right in front was never a problem. Plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for cooking, plus many bathroom necessities as well. Our host always responded to any messages I sent almost immediately.

The place was nice and well stocked with extra odds and ends like toiletries that you may have forgotten. Adequate amount of dishware and cooking utensils. Ample parking in the front of the unit. The townhome is near highways making it easy for travel but it is also near a major railway with loud trains passing by throughout the nighttime hours. The host did supply ear plugs, which helped. The building itself is old and has a lot of foundation settling, cracks in the walls, etc, so it is drafty in the bedrooms in evening. Communication with the host was easy and host was very responsive.
