Everything about this place was amazing! Our group really enjoyed staying here and especially appreciated the cozy fireplace, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds.

The house was beautiful, and very modern. I had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive. We did not have pets but I believe the house is pet friendly. Everything we needed was provided. We had a wonderful time.

Overall a great rental. Very modern and clean and everything worked as expected. Private pool was very nice, not heated so a little chilly on cooler days. The only thing that could’ve made it better would have been the addition of a hot tub for those cooler days/nights. The only “negative” thing I could really point out would be the grill was well loved and could use with some refreshing or replacing. It worked fine nonetheless. I would not hesitate to book this place again in the future!

This Vrbo is truly a hidden gem! Immaculately clean, with an amazing in-ground pool perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The modern kitchen is beautifully designed and fully equipped, and the entire home is so thoughtfully organized. Everything feels fresh, welcoming, and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back—and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway spot!

Beautiful place but just sucks that is wasn't secluded like the pictures show. There is a shared drive way with a house not far behind the rental as well as a garage. Theres also a neighbor not far away either. Checkin was really easy. Wifi works well except for basement but a wifi extender would probably take care of that if owner would install one. Pool was really nice and made for hours of fun. Kitchen had all the necessities even some seasonings. Plenty of bath and beach towels were supplied. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and some toilet paper supplied. Hocking hills isn't a far trip for a good hike. Only real issue for us was there was no seclusion like previously stated.

We had a great time during our visit! The house was clean and welcoming. There was plenty of seating and game playing space inside and out. The kids enjoyed the games in the basement along with the dvd selection. We cooked all but two meals at the house. The kitchen was well supplied and had everything we needed for indoor and out door cooking. The pool was an amazing plus! We enjoyed days home swimming along with coming back to the pool on days we hiked the trails. The welcome binder is full of information about the area along with maps, this was helpful as we planned each day out. Our questions were answered quickly. Everyone we spoke to in person from a welcome greeting to pool maintenance was respectful and helpful. We would definitely recommend and come back. Thank you for a great week!

Best Vrbo stay so far!

This was the cleanest and nicest Vrbo we have stayed at so far and we take at least one or two trips per year since 2012.The kitchen was well stocked since we cooked for 2 meals a day, they had everything you would need.The pool was great and the main reason for our stay. My kids were swimming every chance they got.

Beautiful Home

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home this week. The house was very clean and plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. We enjoyed the pool and game room in the basement. Plenty of seating and plenty of tables to have meals together. Sitting on deck at night was a great way to wind down from the day. See you next year!!

Great Family Getaway

The Tarlton HousePictures do not do this place justice. This home was absolutely beautiful. The owners thought of everything. From kitchen supplies and extras to pool towels, shower items and games. The kids LOVED the pool. They were swimming everyday. The home is cozy, clean and spacious. Beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms. Comfortable beds. The area is quiet and private. Loved the binder and pamphlets with all of the local restaurants and things to do. We hiked the rock house and it was only about 18 min from the home. We will most definitely be back for another visit.

Great house

The place was very nice. Very clean. Great amenities. The pool was wonderful. Only downside is that it is close to a main road with very loud traffic. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway. We especially liked the secluded porch.

Great Experience

The house is extremely clean and in immaculate order. It made me feel very comfortable knowing great care is taken into the cleanliness of the home. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, coffee, and other amenities. I also liked that we could park the cars in the garage.The kids enjoyed the basement with the air hockey table and consol system. I appreciate the amount of games stocked to keep everyone entertained while inside.We spent a lot of time congregating on the back patio grilling out and talking.We all very much enjoyed the pool and appreciate there's a covered area in case you want to stay out of the sun.Overall we had a very pleasant stay. I would recommend to friends and family and would rent again in the future.

Perfect Peace

Family short get-away to relax. The home is stunning and was meticulously clean. It had many amenities and familiar brands, products and style of “our home” we found especially charming. Owners were friendly and thought of everything for a family to get-a-way, slow down and enjoy quality time together- even our dogs had a great experience. We will definitely be back! It was a soul retreat and surpassed expectations!

Fantastic stay!

Myself and 5 ladies stayed at this house May 2nd-4th and the house was perfect! Plenty of space for 6 women under one roof and the 3 showers came in handy with so many women! We were there to do some hiking and this spot was a perfect distance from Hocking hills state park!. The property and amenities were awesome and just added to our amazing weekend. We will definitely being staying again for sure!

Great Spot!

We loved this house and had a great time! The host is responsive and was able to open the pool a little early for our trip. Very clean and spacious, and we loved the little winery that is not too far. 10/10 would recommend!

Cozy!

Very clean, beautifully decorated, cozy. Kitchen is the best stocked of any VRBO I've seen (Fiestaware!) and provided plenty of space for me to prep food for my family. Beds were comfortable. Owners were very responsive to my questions. Garage parking was welcome during the icy weather!

A Really Sweet Stay

The property is absolutely great. We just happened to be heading to Tarlton for the weekend, and the family we visited had no idea that there was a rental in such a small town. The guidebook includes a lot of helpful information on things to do in the area. Based on recommendations we ate at the local restaurant. We visited family but also got to go to Columbus, Chillicothe, Hocking Hills, and Circleville. This location is easily accessible and centrally located for many activities in central Ohio. Looking forward to stopping again.

Very comfy

Loved our stay. Everything was clean. Beautiful property. Would have liked to have had Yahtzee to play. Just a suggestion to maybe have some kind of heat source out on the covered porch.

Loved the house!

Lovely home! Very comfortable and cozy! Plenty of room. Looks just like the pictures. Very clean and well supplied. Really enjoyed the fire pit also. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
