This beautiful and simply furnished holiday home with pool is located in Smokovi, a village near Zadar. The house consists of a living room with kitchen and dining area, four bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over the ground and first floor. In the garden you will find facilities for children, such as a swing, slide, trampoline, playhouse and sandpit, as well as a badminton net and football goals for the older children. Enjoy lots of swimming fun in the pool or head to the sea on the beaches around the city of Zadar. Due to the proximity to the motorway, you have the opportunity to go on excursions to the nearby national parks. The old town of Zadar with its historical and modern attractions is also worth a visit.

Good vacation house but….

This vacation house is not bad, the owners are welcoming but they live in the house next door, with an access to the garden!! The owner is there every morning to water the lawn, which is very disturbing. You don’t want to see the owner everyday when you want to be quiet during holidays. But worse, the owner and his wife come into thé house when you are not at home!!!! That’s incredible and disrespectful!!!!!! They come to turn of the climatisation everywhere when you are not here!!! Never seen something like that!!! The pool is not bad, a little bit cold, and be aware,there is no alarm or protection for a little child… In short, we did not feel at home. That’s totally disrespectful!!! Not to rent again.
