Trash and recycling can be left in the bins. No need to take out. Keys should be left on the black hallway table and shut the door behind you (it will lock, so make sure you have everything)

Quiet hours: 11pm to 7am on Mon - Fri. 12am-7am on Sat and Sun. Please keep quiet in the common are as loud speaking or yelling is easily heard.

Long term rentals will need a UK ETA check or similar. 3-5 month rental will need a simple agreement due to UK law.

Fantastic space so close to sites, a grocery store and bus stop. Owner left so many little touches like extra towels, an umbrella, soaps and detergent. Place is spacious and peaceful views.

This apartment is conveniently located near major attractions and the tube station. We also had easy access to a well-stocked grocery store.
