Great spot for exploring NWA. Tucked away from Rogers/Springdale, but close enough that a trip into town is super simple. We really enjoyed the back porch of sunrise and sunset over Beaver Lake. The lake was also really accessible. Our kids enjoyed swimming after each day of exploring the Ozarks.

Lovely stay at a perfect property! We did do some hikes and went out to eat one night, but honestly preferred to stay at the house! Truly relaxing and much needed retreat. Quiet, comfortable, clean, and beautiful! Thank you so much!!

Host was welcoming, house was beautiful it felt like a home it was very warm and a loved space, the location was perfect for us. The amount of windows was incredible. We really enjoyed wish we could have stayed longer

As advertised. Lots of room to spread out in the house and great access to the lake. Somewhat steep decline down to the water but my son and I had no problem and caught lots of fish right off the dock! If I have to be picky, the house is a little dated, but as advertised. perfect for a family of five visiting Fayetteville, but wanting to be close to some fishing. Would stay again.

My family and I spend a week there and had a blast! Amazing location! Walk to the lake was easy. The yard is kept well and the deck is perfect with the view! The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed plus! There were deer constantly all through the yard! We brought our kayaks and was able to keep them at the water with no issues! Just down from the house is also a marina/campground that has a swimming beach and playground! Sam’s Club and Walmart will deliver to the address, so we had any groceries we needed sent to the house so we didn’t have to fill our vehicle with groceries! Very convenient! The host is quick to answer any questions and really make you feel welcome! We will definitely be back!
