This secluded and stylish 3 bedroom / 2 bath home is an oasis in the heart of the desert. The open floor plan showcases a thoughtful mix of modern and retro design and decor resulting in a truly unique and special home. Guests will love the comfortable and contemporary furnishings as well as classic Palm Springs design elements like the vintage fireplace and stone walls.



A private desert paradise awaits you outside where you'll find a refreshing salt water pool, relaxing spa and calming water feature, surrounded by a wall of stately Ficus trees. Outdoor dining will be a breeze with a BBQ grill and a large shaded eating area.



Retreat to the large sitting area where you can gather by the fire pit while taking in the sublime views of the San Jacinto Mountains, or lay on the lush grass to star gaze under the vast desert sky.



After a long day on the golf course, or lounging by the pool, guests will drift off to sleep in their choice of 3 bedrooms. The plush primary bedroom has a King bed, ensuite bathroom, lots of windows and access to the back yard and pool. Two additional bedrooms, one with a King and the other with a Queen, share a bathroom.



Ideally located in the central neighborhood of Sunrise Park, this desert gem is waiting for you! Dogs are allowed, so the whole family can enjoy an unforgettable getaway to Alejo Olive Orchard.

Maximum Occupancy: 6 adults and 2 children under 12



No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am.



Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.



Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON

Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $100 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure a comfortable water temperature during your stay.



If you would like to add pool and spa heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86°F.



Please note that the spa cannot be heated separately unless the pool and spa heating add-on is purchased.



Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit

For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.



To ensure a seamless and quick arrival, we offer virtual check-in. Per the City of Palm Springs ordinance, we are required to conduct a face-to-face check-in within 24 hours of your arrival, which will be completed virtually with a member of our team. Our team will reach out to you to schedule this meeting, which will be conducted via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.



Must be 25 years or older to rent.. Please note that the person paying for the reservation needs to be the one checking in and the same person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
