Enjoy a peaceful and private stay in this spacious private king suite located on a quiet, gated 4.5-acre property in Fort Worth. This suite is part of a larger home but offers complete privacy with its own private entrance and guest-only gated access, and there are no shared interior spaces.

The open-concept suite features a king bed with a firm 12+ inch mattress on a metal box spring, fully encased with waterproof, hypoallergenic, and bed-bug-proof covers, including protected pillows. The sleeping area flows into a comfortable living space with a sectional sofa, coffee table, and a 75” UHD Smart Roku TV equipped with an Amazon Fire TV stick, a retro game stick, and two controllers.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size stainless steel refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, four-burner stove, full oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, wine opener, and drying rack - ideal for both short and extended stays. A bar-height countertop with seating provides a convenient dining or workspace option.

Guests also have access to a full-size, private, in-unit washer and dryer, along with a full-size ironing board, iron, hanging closet space with hangers, and a dedicated work area with ample desk space. Central air and heat are provided, along with an additional tower fan and portable heater for personalized comfort.

The private bathroom includes a shower (no bathtub), bidet, fresh towels, hair dryer, and essential toiletries. The shower is compact but comfortable, with double waterproof shower curtains.

Outside, the property is fully fenced and gated for privacy and safety. Guest access is limited strictly to the private suite, guest-only gated entrance, designated access path, and designated parking area. The yard, pool, garage, and other areas of the property are not accessible to guests. The surrounding setting offers open land, mature North Texas trees, and neighboring horse properties, creating a calm, rural feel while remaining a convenient drive to Fort Worth, Arlington, and DFW.

Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please leave the suite keys and gate fob on the coffee table. Locking the door or gate is not required at checkout.
Bag all trash and place it in the outdoor covered trash bin. No loose trash left inside the suite.
Turn off TV, lights, oven, microwave, and water. Place used towels in the washer without starting it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Registered guests only. No visitors, parties, or events. Quiet hours 10 PM - 8 AM. This is a private, peaceful property.
No smoking, vaping, marijuana, or illegal drugs anywhere on the property - indoors or outdoors. Violations will result in fines.
Guest suite only. Yard, pool, garage, and other areas are off-limits. Keep gate closed, park on concrete, and report any damage.

The Host was there to greet us and show us around. This is a very nice unit. Spacious and well supplied. It even had a work station for computer use with extra monitors. The area is very calm and seems very safe, quiet even with horses in the back. On a scale of 1-5, We would give it a 10. We stayed there for a week and enjoyed it very much.Cal & Ellie
