Primeiro andar: O primeiro andar tem suíte master de frente para o mar com cama king size 2ppl, TV de tela plana de 43 "com DVD player. Quarto no primeiro andar, de frente para o mar, com 2 camas king-size e 2 camas, com uma TV de tela plana de 43 ". Ambos os quartos no térreo têm acesso ao pátio à beira-mar e à praia. Pátio tem duas espreguiçadeiras para deitar-se e mesa do pátio para quatro. Segundo andar: sala de estar de frente para o oceano, com grandes janelas para apreciar o belo pôr do sol, possui uma TV de tela plana de 60 ”, muitos jogos e livros para as noites de diversão em família. Cozinha é totalmente equipada para 12ppl, com área de mesa para verificar seus e-mails. Casa inclui Wi-Fi. Churrasco a gás localizado na varanda no andar de cima. We had no issues with the home itself. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by the neighbors who share a wall with the property. On one occasion, they told us to “shut up” while we were simply talking outside, and another time they came out and tried to intimidate us with unfriendly looks and their angry behavior made us feel very uncomfortable.We were a group of 10, including 4 children ages 8–14. While it’s possible we could have been quieter coming and going, we were not excessively loud. It may be helpful for future guests if a noise monitor and/or outdoor cameras were in place to avoid any potential misunderstandings with neighbors.

Everything was in great condition and the place was comfortably furnished. The beach is so quiet and peaceful. It is awkward to get to the beach. You have to pass through a bedroom or go out the front door and go around the house. But we did not find that to be a big deal.

Summer Weekend getaway

My friends/family and I grew up camping just north of Hollywood Beach at McGrath campground. Unfortunately, due to flooding, the park has been closed for 10 years. We have turned our summer camping trips into beach house rentals in Oxnard. We highly enjoyed our stay at Mollies by the Sea. As always, the neighborhood is safe, secure and full of friendly local residents. The house was incredible as well. Very easy check in/check out procedures and plenty of room for the small group we had. We always like bouncing around and trying new homes but we would rent this one again without a doubt!

Me and my family with parents and sister had a lovely time at this very clean and equipped place. The communication was amazing and everything was clean and usable. We really enjoyed staying here.

Amazing location. Beautiful beach. Great for larger groups of friends or family members.

It’s always great when owners outfit a house to seat comfortably as many as they sleep. My friends and I like to gather once a year and when we do, we love nothing more than to hang out together and enjoy conversations. The living room is large and can easily seat 10 people comfortably. The dining room we can squeeze in. And that view and the sunsets are spectacular. We snuck out onto the beach after dark and saw bioluminescent plankton lighting up the waves. Truly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was nice to have beach towels and chairs available. Highly recommended!
