Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our four-bedroom two full bathroom condo with free parking for one car is located where the entertainment district, waterfront, and financial district merge. Steps away from many popular attractions & restaurants.

Cozy, spacious and inviting, you’ll feel perfectly at home in this luxury 3 bedroom + den and 2 bathroom suite which offers a stunning panoramic view of the city as well as a free parking spot. Perfect for the solo traveler, couples, groups, families and those in town for business.
The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, walk in closet, queen sized bed and a rare city + lake view. The second and third bedroom feature queen beds, closets, and a lake view. Fourth bed is located in the den by the entrance.
The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the island in the centre is the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day sightseeing or working.
I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!
The common bathroom includes a bath and a washer & dryer are also ensuite for guests to use.
*Additional parking (beyond the free spot) is available in secure underground parking with 24/7 parking across the street at 15 York for 20 to 30 dollars a day.
NOTES:
*Wifi is set up and included!
* Fourth Bedroom is an open concept den by the entrance where the bed converts from a single to a queen / king hybrid sized bed.
*latest check in is at midnight EST.

* Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you forms to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date.
* For shorter than 28 days stays - Upon arrival, you will need to have your ID and confirmation number ready to register at the self-service check-in terminal located in the building lobby.
* The building amenities are available for 30 days or longer rentals only. The gym & fitness area, indoor pool, and sauna are all on the mezzanine level.
