A contemporary 75 sq m (800 sq ft) apartment located on the 3rd floor of a privately owned triplex. This unique space, within walking distance of everything, is a fully furnished unit equipped to make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

This unique space is fully-furnished 2 bedroom /1 bath unit and will comfortably accommodate 3 people (Note: There is a 3rd person charge of $50 if there is a 3rd person occupying the unit). It’s within walking distance of the downtown core (Eaton Centre) and close to all major attractions.

The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and cable equipped TV for those cozy nights at home. The bathroom is modern and sleek and features both heated floors and heated towel rack.

There are 2 bedrooms. The smaller bedroom (7.5 sq m / 81 sq ft) has a desk and fold-down double sofa bed for those days you need to work at home and for overnight friends. The master bedroom (13.5 sq m / 144 sq ft) has a queen bed and wall-mounted cable TV.

The unit has a small private outdoor terrace.

NOTE: This is a 3rd floor walk-up – there is no elevator. It is NOT recommended if you have a problem with stairs or have mobility issues.

Check-in is anytime after 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00 - later arrivals can be accommodated.

Great Downtown Accomodation

What a great place. We stayed at this property from August 10-12, 2017. This was the only vacancy they had left for the summer. This location was ideal as it was within walking distance of most everything on our itinerary. Both the Ed Mirvish Theatre and CItyTV were a 15 minute walk away as well as two fine restaurants. Anthony and Philip were very prompt and helpful with our inquiries. They sent information on getting a street parking permit so we wouldn't get a ticket for overnight parking. Philip was waiting out front when we arrived and actually parked his car to save us a spot. The street is in the Garden District which has a mix of homeowners, some Ryerson students and some rentals. The neighbourhood was fine as we walked back and forth from Yonge/Dundas. The unit was very clean. The pictures are very accurate. The bedding did not have that hotel commercial laundry smell. There were groceries in the kitchen for us to make breakfast or snacks. The kitchen was equipped with all small appliances and extras like a blender, corkscrew, etc. The owners actually live one of the units so any assistance would be fast. We will be back.

We had a great family get away to Toronto! We loved the "Tree-Top Gem". Anthony and Phillip were wonderful hosts! The accommodations were perfect for our family of three. The proximity to downtown Toronto was great also. Our family chose to walk to all the typical tourist locations...we logged a little over 24 miles of walking in 3 1/2 days.

Great location, superbly equipped, spotlessly clean, perfect!!

I won't go over what other reviews have said, however it's a eclectic area in downtown, 15 mins walk to the CN Tower, and only 5-7 mins to the centre. Perfect in every way- superbly equipped, clean and all home comforts. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. Our hosts, Anthony and Phillip were also on hand for any of your needs, although everything we could need was in the apartment. Great spot for a few days exploring in downtown Toronto!
