The apartment is on the 1st Floor of a quiet, but still well connected, two-family house.
A bus stop is only a four-minute walk away, the next S-Bahn station or motorway exit (A1) are only a few minutes away by car.
The house is absolutely private at the end of a cul-de-sac. The apartment includes parking for two cars on the property, if necessary, one of the garages can be rented. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden plot with old trees.
There is separate access to the apartment through a shared staircase. The apartment is classically divided, the access to the bright and friendly rooms is via a centrally located hallway. The bathroom has a bath / shower and a window overlooking an apple tree.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook and linger. The bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together.
All rooms have a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding landscape. The highlight of the apartment is the spacious living / dining room with access to your own balcony. A flat screen, books & DVDs dispel the boredom. The south-west orientation of the balcony guarantees beautiful hours of sunshine and colorful sunsets (almost).
