Fijn appartement midden in het centrum

Compleet appartement met lift, wasmachine en parkeerplaats in de kelder. Fijn balkon met leuk uitzicht op wat onder je gebeurt. Mooie badkamer en keuken. Alleen de koelkast is te klein en is de modernste niet meer. Wellicht is een grotere koel/vriescombi rechts naast de schuifkast aan de ander kant van de keuken een aanrader?

Très bel appartement mais ...

Rien à redire sur l'appartement. Il est spacieux, comme neuf, avec une place de stationnement, à 10 minutes de la plage à pied, proche des commerces. Bref il pourrait être exceptionnelle mais ... il est situé en plein centre, avec toutes les nuisances sonores associées, et directement en dessous vous trouverez un glacier/chichi/beignet qui reste ouvert tard, avec de la musique et surtout qui commence à faire des friture dès 10h du matin. Donc du bruit et une odeur qui sont gênant en été.

Appartement très bien, sauf pour frigo très petit surtout pour été, et à la location pas de télé vu orange en mettant wifi n'a pas accordé la télé en couvre-feux pas top. Après très bien conçue meuble cuisine, table salon chambre salle de bain des placard partout c'est top. Cdl

Belles prestations avec toutefois des carences

L'appartement offre de belles prestations, excepté pour 2 points noirs * le bruit de la rue (face au rond point central de La Palmyre) : nous n'avons pas profité du balcon * le frigo rikiki sans congélateur qui ne permet pas de faire des courses à l'avance. Les manques à combler : un vrai étendage à linge pour sécher dans l'appartement (indispensable la nuit), 2 chaises et des casseroles en plus, une bassine pour faire tremper du linge. Logement très confortable et spacieux !

Spacieux, agréable, très bien placé, place de parking pratique mais manque d'équipements dans le logement (ex: frigo vraiment tout petit et disproportionné par rapport au logement, pas de saladier, pas de vrai étendoir pour pouvoir mettre les serviettes de plage par exemple, pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain...). Malgré tout nous avons passé un bon séjour.
