With tasteful decoration and a tranquil atmosphere, the holiday home consists of a living/dining room, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with an additional dining area, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each and one with a queen-size bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can, therefore, accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television, a baby cot, and a highchair. The highlight of the property is its expansive patio, equipped with a table and chairs, which borders directly on the boulevard that winds along the ocean. Under the shade of a charming, green pergola, you can share delicious meals together at the table in the fresh air and listen to the sound of the ocean’s waves in the distance. The towering, tropical trees of the garden also shade a romantic hollywood swing, where you are invited to wonder at the stunning colors of Lanzarote’s sunsets. Through the small, green gate of the fenced property, you can access the local beach Playa Honda and the popular, sandy beach Playa la Concha is additionally only a 7-minute walk away. This is a dreamlike location for a beach holiday! A supermarket, as well as a selection of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars, are within a 10-minute walk.
