First Floor -
The first floor offers 2 identical bedroom sizes, both with ensuite bathrooms. One includes a queen bed only, while the other offers a queen and a bunk with a double on the bottom and a twin bed on top. You will find the laundry area in the hallway between the bedrooms. Just outside, the private yard is your own outdoor oasis. And with a beach walkway directly across the street, effortless access to the sand and surf is always just steps away.

Second Floor -
Ascend to the second floor, where the elegant primary bedroom awaits. The primary king suite offers a tranquil retreat, featuring a King bed as well as a comfortable sitting area, a spa-inspired bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and a private balcony showcasing stunning views of the beach. You will also find the living spaces that serve as the vibrant heart of the home, featuring a cozy living room that opens to a balcony with breathtaking ocean views. A fully equipped, modern kitchen invites your culinary creativity, while the adjacent dining area provides the perfect setting for memorable gatherings. These areas are designed for both relaxation and socializing.

In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. Our dedicated cleaning team will promptly address and correct any concerns to ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free. We stand behind our cleaning practices and are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming space!

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
