Step into Island Life in this beautiful "heated" pool home situated between the Intercoastal and the white sandy beaches of Anastasia Island. Just a short walk, bike ride, or drive (.6 miles) to our famous sandy beaches. Just as magnificent is the private outdoor oasis, including the expansive lanai and screened in heated pool with plenty of room to relax throughout the area. Great for family gatherings, entertaining, and enjoying the sunsets, with water views of the coquina pond.

This gorgeous, newly furnished beach home starts with a large, vaulted ceiling living area with plenty of comfortable seating for family & friends, a sunlight filled family room including a sofa sleeper and a 50" flat screen TV where kids can hangout, a large dining area to gather for meals or game night, a kitchen nook with cozy seating for 4, situated next to the fully stocked coffee bar, including a regular drip, K-cups, or French press coffee maker.
The Huge master bedroom includes a king sized bed and 50" flat screen TV with an ensuite bathroom that boasts a garden tub and extra large walk-in shower. On the other side of the house, there are 2 additional bedrooms each with super comfy queen beds, and another full bathroom with a tub/shower.
Even more breathtaking is the outdoor space. There are countless areas to relax and enjoy the heated salt water pool, or sit comfortably while grilling your favorite meal. There is a large table as well so you can spend meal time enjoying the beautiful tropical climate. Stretch out with your favorite cocktail while you view the evening sunsets with water views of the coquina pond. Your pups will also have plenty of space to roam and enjoy the fully fenced in backyard. If you prefer, there is a covered front porch with relaxing seating as well.
There is plenty of space for the entire family (or two families) to create wonderful memories.
Don't worry about having to do loads of laundry after you leave this lovely vacation home, because we provide a full washer & dryer for your use.

Guest will have access to the entire house and property. The backyard is surrounded by trees and a pond which creates a very quiet, private experience.

Other things to note:
WALK TO THE BEACH!! Matanzas Ave Beach access is .6 miles from our driveway to the white sandy beach. If you have a 4WHD vehicle, you can drive onto the beach for a minimal fee.
For free parking, Crescent Beach Park is 2.4 miles south on A1A. You can park your vehicle in the lot for free and walk onto the beach..
There are numerous beach access points along A1A as well.
We provide 3 bicycles for our guests to enjoy.
We provide 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and a wagon for guest use.
2 Major Grocery stores less than 3 miles.
Several restaurants & shopping with minutes.
Historic Downtown St. Augustine is filled with history, art galleries, attractions, restaurants, and shopping (8 miles from property).

Family getaway

We have stayed at several vacation homes and this one was definitely one of the best. The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool was so nice and the seating area outside was fantastic. We lived it so much we extended our stay! Will definitely book again. Beach and great restaurants are close by as well.

The house and property is beautiful. It was very clean, all appliances were in like new condition, and there was a television in every room. The pool and landscaping was very well maintained. When in the backyard and pool patio, the property feels very private. The yards are landscaped adding beauty to the overall experience. The host was very accommodating and was easy to contact. Conveniently located to the beach! Great time of the year to visit to experience Christmas & New Years.Pool was heated enough to use over the winter... Great place for family with dogs too.. Definitely take the advice to take Uber downtime during the busy seasons and times.

Our stay was amazing… a perfect 10! The house is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It comfortably fit all 8 of us in our party. We all had a great time in the pool. The bikes were plus and a lot of fun especially riding to the beach. Looking forward to returning in the future. Mary was a great host and any questions we had, she responded quickly. Beach and pool heaven

By far this is the best rental we have had. The house was spotless and well appointed. The outdoor seating area was excellent. For us the capper was the heated saltPool. We really enjoyed it! The walk to the beach was as described and the bikes and beach equipment provided were fantastic. Any questions we had for the host were answered quickly. We will definitely rent here again.

Perfect Vacation Home

We spent the month of February in the great house. Everything from pre-check in to check out was well managed. The house is a nice 3 bedroom on a very quiet street that is close to the beach and only a 20 min ride to downtown St. Augustine. The lanai with comfortable seating was our fav part of the house. The heated pool allowed us to go for a daily swim no matter that air temperature. We hope to return and enjoy another vacation in this perfect place.

Back home spring break

This property was listed perfectly. Everything was a little better than expected. The location was spot on with ideal access to the beach. The house was stocked with care. Clean towels, beach chairs, bicycles, pool inflatables, pots and pans and so much more. My family will remember this as an all time favorite vacation for the great times swimming in the heated pool or chasing lizards in the back yard. So nice and with such a home like feeling, we cannot wait to come back. Mary’s place is just the experience we needed for our 6day getaway. We were also close enough to take on universal studios with a pleasant commute.

Excellent Stay

Lets just start by saying the house was everything we expected and as described. There were no hidden surprises. This is definitely a good thing. The house was very clean, the area is very quiet and peaceful and the pool and total outdoor area was absolutely perfect. Sometimes it’s the little things such as eating breakfast outside on the lanai where you don’t get that direct sunlight which also means you’re able to watch the sunset without leaving the pool. With that said, there are plenty of interesting things to do locally such as the beach, St. Augustine and plenty of great restaurants. Our trip unfortunately was immediately after hurricane Milton so we had a good bit of communication back and forth with Mary and this is where this rental shines. Mary was on top of every communication and responded to all our questions and concerns in a very timely manner which was so appreciated and is a huge plus. We definitely recommend this unit and hope to be back soon.

We enjoy hosting and our guests each have a unique purpose for choosing each destination. We strive to make their getaway as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Over the many years of hosting, we have crossed paths with some amazing people and it has been an absolute pleasure to provide clean, safe, and comfortable "getaways" for our guests.

Why they chose this property

We have successful operated a STR condo on the beach in SAB for several years. The area is absolutely beautiful and there are tons of things to do. We wanted to do something outside of the condo development concept that offered much more privacy and peacefulness while staying in the general area. This property was perfect for what we wanted to offer. It's private, in a wonderful neighborhood, that can cater to larger groups so that families can stay under one roof.

What makes this property unique

Our spacious master suite as well as the expansive backyard sets us apart from other properties. The pond in the back also adds serenity to the area. Having a heated pool right outside your door is an added bonus!
