The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, and thoughtful touches like a hair dryer and iron add convenience. Bright and inviting, this terrific home offers a brilliant base for your stay. This home is pet friendly. The backyard is an oasis which includes plenty of outdoor seating, a play area, an outdoor grill, and the best part-a heated swimming pool. This home is centrally located to a variety of great food and shopping! Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything El Paso and our house has to offer. Pets are welcome! Parties or large gatherings not permitted.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
We require guests to maintain tidiness and dispose of trash properly in the designated bins outside.
PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. Grill must also be cleaned prior to departure.
AC temperature must be turned up to 78 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Additional day guests must be pre-approved and an event fee might be added.
A maximum of 4 cars can be allowed on the property.
