With 2 living rooms and a finished basement there is plenty of space for your group to relax. Whether you're here for skiing or summer lake days, this house is the perfect Vermont basecamp.

The Space:
Versatile Sleeping: Three bedrooms including a King, a Queen, and a large bedroom with seven twin beds. The finished basement adds extra flexibility with a pull-out couch and a wet bar.

Modern Kitchen & Dining: A fully stocked eat-in kitchen with a griddle, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. Seat 8 at the dining table and 2 more at the breakfast bar.

One space features a cozy Vermont wood-burning stove. With three full bathrooms (one on each level) and dedicated on-demand hot water. A main-level washer/dryer and a dedicated mudroom make managing gear a breeze.

Tech: Stay connected with 1-gig WiFi and 3 TVs.

Outdoor Living: Relax in Adirondack chairs on the front porch or enjoy the backyard fire pit (wood shed on-site). You are just 1.7 miles from downtown Ludlow and 2 miles from Okemo. Winter fans will love the nearby sledding hill (1 mile away) and Jackson Gore’s ice skating and mountain coaster. Summer guests can enjoy Lake Rescue, Buttermilk Falls, and local mountain biking.

This was a charming ski chalet with modern kitchen and bathroom updates. There were LOTS of beds for sleeping and 3 living rooms for apres ski relaxation. Kitchen was well appointed and house was very clean. Host was responsive and easy to work with. House is close to town and okemo access road. Great location for ski families.

Our family fell in love with Ludlow and Okemo years ago. We love to ski, snowboard and do anything outdoors.

Why they chose this property

We love the privacy of the neighborhood and the sounds of the babbling brook across the street. With the easy access to town, Okemo, restaurants, antique shops, sledding hill, Lake Rescue and Buttermilk Falls this location checked all the boxes for us.

What makes this property unique

Our home is unique since it was built in 1900 and has many historic building features. We love to sit on the front porch and drink our coffee while listening to the babbling brook.
