The property was quiet, clean and comfortable. The kitchen well equipped and stocked with coffee and tea. Parking easy and safe. Very comfy beds. Nice private outdoor patio.

Perfect home! Slept 6 of us comfortably! Very clean which is a big deal to me. Upstairs loft was perfect and private. We loved the unit supplied coffee for us.

The property was easy to find. Just remember it is the third floor, thin air. We tried to make as few trips as possible. We still enjoyed the property. Very clean and well located. We enjoyed our stay!Thank you!

This condo was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The unit is in an older building complex which sits next to a large apartment building, so it can be quite noisy. The AC are window units which are loud. The complex including the pool/hot tub area are outdated and in need of repair.

The location was clean and beds were comfortable. There was a washer and dryer complete with detergent and dryer sheets. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, flatware, coffee pot/water kettle. The AC units struggled to cool the entire property so nights were left kind of sweaty and uncomfortable. There was a finishing nail sticking out of the flooring into the upstairs bathroom that I cut my toe on. If not for my next attribute, I would stay here again, but the hike to get to the condo was AWFUL. You have to go up aprox 8 flights of stairs to get to your condo. If you are just traveling with a back pack, it would have been fine. However my family of 3 adults and 2 children had a decent amount of luggage and getting up all of those stairs was absolute hell! Had the listing notified us of the location, we would have chosen something else. My mother is not capable of carrying anything up that many stairs and the kids were too little. That left my dad an I to carry everything up and then back down again upon check out and it was an absolute nightmare for us. Again, someone more able bodied and with less luggage could have a great stay here, I just wish we had some warning!

We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the cooling and the finishing nail near the upstairs bathroom. We take maintenance and safety concerns seriously and appreciate you bringing these items to our attention so they can be addressed. We also understand that carrying luggage up the stairs can be challenging, especially when traveling with children or family members with limited mobility. We do want to clarify for future guests that the listing states that the condo requires four flights of stairs to access the unit and specifies the total of 48 steps. We include this information specifically so guests can determine whether the property will be a comfortable fit for their group before booking. We appreciate your feedback and are glad that, aside from these concerns, you enjoyed the cleanliness, comfort, and amenities of the condo.

It should be made more clear that there are 48 stairs up to the front door of the property. It was not too much of an issue for us but if my health was any concern it certainly could have been.
