Welcome to Mud Flat Molly’s, a fun and relaxing coastal hideaway just steps from downtown Cedar Key. Wake up to peaceful sunrise views over the waterfront and unwind in a bright, breezy space designed for effortless island living. This one-bedroom, one and a half bath condo features a comfortable king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a private balcony, and beautiful water views that set the tone for your stay.
The interior blends light, coastal-inspired décor with an open, inviting layout that feels fresh and airy. Large windows showcase Cedar Key’s natural beauty. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee, enjoying a quiet afternoon, or winding down after a day of island adventures, this is the perfect place to relax and recharge.
Step outside onto your private balcony, complete with seating for two—ideal for sunrise coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply soaking in the calming waterfront atmosphere.
Mud Flat Molly’s is located on the third floor of Nature’s Landing Condominiums. Guests enjoy access to shared amenities including a refreshing swimming pool, relaxing hot tub, elevator access, and complimentary WiFi. The waterfront setting provides stunning sunset views and easy access to the area’s natural charm.
Your stay is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Detailed check-in instructions and amenity information will be provided prior to arrival, and the McCormick Management team is available throughout your stay to assist with any needs.
Located in the heart of Cedar Key, this historic Gulf Coast island community puts you within easy walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants, parks, beaches, and local attractions. Enjoy the island’s laid-back vibe, rich history, and vibrant arts scene. Golf cart and bike rentals are also available for a fun way to explore the island.
Parking: Ample open, uncovered parking is available at the front of the building.
***IMPORTANT NOTE: The pool heater is currently not working at full capacity, so the pool may not be as warm as expected. The hot tub is warm and fully usable. We’re actively working to get the pool heater resolved as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding.***
Cedar Key is wonderfully walkable, making it easy to explore at your own relaxed pace.
Please note: This unit does not allow pets.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-This unit does not allow pets. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
