This home is beautifully decorated, very spacious and it is nestled in a very quiet gated community, just short drive to CR 30A. It is within minutes of Publix, and a new strip mall with many dining and shopping options. We highly recommend it. The rates are reasonable for the size of the home. It is perfect for a family getaway. Bikes are available and wristbands provided for access to the beach. The host is extremely responsive, friendly and very accommodating. This was our first time visiting 30A and we had a very enjoyable time. Thanks for hosting us! We would definitely stay again. Best, Maggie R.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Very nice accommodations! Loved our shuttle driver Kyle. Bikes were nice to have. Rosemary beach is the best beach spot in all of the Gulf coast!

From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless. The host was incredibly responsive and provided us with the necessary information to accommodate our stay.The property had easy to restaurants and the beach.The space itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with extra features.
